This route is for creators who have songs, prompts, versions or release files but cannot yet show how the project developed, what they contributed, which permissions apply or why the final version was approved.

Documentation supports evidence and professional execution. It does not create rights, clear unauthorized source material or guarantee copyright registration, licensing approval or platform acceptance.

Organize the supporting proof file

Use the existing AI Music Proof File Template to create a consistent folder structure and evidence index. The project record should point to the real files rather than merely state that they exist.

Return with a Creator Project Record

Your route is complete when the record includes:

  • project name, purpose, intended audience and intended use;
  • the approved primary version with its exact filename, link or identifier;
  • AI platform, account plan, model, creation dates, prompts and generation links where available;
  • selected and rejected versions with the reason for the final choice;
  • human-written, performed, selected, edited, arranged or produced contributions;
  • source material, collaborator, voice, sample and artwork permissions or unresolved gaps;
  • version history and the significant changes made between stages;
  • rights, disclosure, claim-scope and release decisions;
  • an evidence index connected to the organized proof-file folders;
  • a record status marked Draft, Reviewed or Final.
Success criterion: another person should be able to trace the project from source material and creative decisions to the approved asset and next use without relying on your memory or guessing what happened.

What comes next

When the project record is complete and the song may be ready for public use, continue to the Release-Readiness Route. When the primary version is still undecided, complete the Version Selection Route. When the song still needs repair, return to the Existing Song Diagnosis Route.
