This Privacy Policy explains how JackRighteous.com collects, uses, communicates, retains and protects personal information when you visit the website, use an account, make a purchase, download a product, access training, subscribe to emails, submit creative material, contact support or otherwise interact with the store.

JackRighteous.com is operated by Gary Whittaker in Quebec, Canada.

The information collected depends on how you interact with the store. It may include:

  • Contact information such as your name, email address, phone number and billing or shipping address.

  • Account information such as login, authentication, order-history and access records.

  • Transaction information such as products, subscriptions, discounts, order status, payment confirmation and fulfilment details.

  • Device and website information such as IP address, browser, device, time zone, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, products viewed, referral source, cart activity and interactions with the store.

  • Marketing information such as newsletter consent, signup source, email preferences and email engagement.

  • Support and privacy-request information such as message content, order numbers, screenshots and identity-verification information reasonably needed to process a request.

  • Creative submissions such as briefs, prompts, lyrics, audio, images, project files and other content you choose to provide.

  • Review, loyalty, affiliate or referral information where you participate in those programs.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.

4. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you purchase, create or use an account, subscribe, submit a form, contact us, provide a file, write a review or join a program.

We also receive information automatically through Shopify, cookies, log files, analytics, customer-event pixels, fraud-prevention tools and similar technologies.

We may receive information from service providers and business partners involved in payments, subscription management, digital delivery, training access, fulfilment, analytics, advertising, reviews, loyalty, referrals or customer support.

5. Why We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

6. Shopify, Customer Accounts and Payments

Shopify powers the storefront, cart, checkout, customer accounts, order management and related ecommerce functions. Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout process payment and transaction information. JackRighteous.com does not store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.

Shopify may also process information for fraud prevention, security, analytics, customer privacy choices and other platform services.

7. Subscriptions and Appstle

Recurring AI Training Access and Complete Access plans are administered through Shopify selling plans and Appstle. Subscription records may include the selected plan, price, billing interval, payment status, renewal history and subscription-portal activity.

8. Digital Products, Training and Member Access

For downloads, free resources, training, gated content and access products, we use purchase and account information to confirm eligibility, deliver files, provide access, restore links, send required instructions and support the purchase.

A digital order does not require shipping information unless the order also contains a physical product or another stated reason requires it.

9. Physical Products and Fulfilment

For merchandise, print-on-demand products, supplements and other shipped goods, information may be communicated to the supplier, fulfilment partner or carrier that needs it to manufacture, package, ship, track or remedy the order.

Those providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role.

10. Newsletter and Marketing Communications

When you subscribe to The Righteous Beat, request a free resource or otherwise consent to marketing, we may use your email address, name where provided, signup source, preferences and engagement information to send newsletters, training updates, resources, announcements and offers.

Marketing consent is separate from messages needed to fulfil an order, maintain an account, deliver a product, manage a subscription, provide support or send a legally required notice.

11. Analytics, Advertising and Cookies

Shopify analytics and Google Analytics 4 may be used to understand traffic, website performance and customer journeys. Google Ads may be used to measure campaigns and conversions. Other advertising technologies are used only when activated and should be identified through the store’s current cookie and privacy settings.

Cookies and similar technologies may be required to operate the cart, checkout, account login, security and privacy preferences. Optional analytics or advertising technologies may depend on consent, jurisdiction and store configuration.

Blocking required cookies may prevent parts of the store from working correctly.

12. Privacy Choices, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Depending on your location and the store configuration, an eligible Global Privacy Control signal may be treated as a request to opt out of activities considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising for the browser and device sending the signal.

Global Privacy Control is different from the older, general Do Not Track browser signal. Because there is no consistent standard for ordinary Do Not Track signals, the store may not respond to those signals in the same way.

You may also contact info@jackrighteous.com with a privacy-choice request. Identity or account verification may be required when the request applies beyond one browser or device.

13. Reviews, Loyalty and Affiliate Programs

When you submit a review or participate in a loyalty or affiliate program, information may be used to verify eligibility, publish the review information you agreed to make public, track points or referrals, prevent abuse and administer rewards or commissions.

When you follow an external affiliate link, the external merchant or network may collect referral, device, cookie or transaction information under its own privacy terms.

14. Custom Services and User Submissions

When you purchase or request custom creative work, the information and files you submit are used to understand the brief, perform the service, communicate with you, provide revisions and maintain reasonable business and dispute records.

Only submit information you have the right to provide. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information or confidential third-party material.

We may communicate personal information to service providers that need it to perform a business function, including:

We do not sell customer lists.

16. Processing Outside Quebec or Canada

Service providers may process or store personal information in Canada, the United States, Europe or other countries where they operate. Laws and government-access rules may differ from those in Quebec.

Where required, JackRighteous.com assesses privacy factors before communicating personal information outside Quebec and uses appropriate contractual or organizational measures.

Where consent is required, it must relate to clear and specific purposes. You may withdraw consent for optional processing, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

Withdrawal may prevent an optional service from continuing. It does not require deletion of information that must be retained for orders, taxes, accounting, security, fraud prevention, legal claims or another lawful purpose.

18. Retention

Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably required for the identified purpose and applicable legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute, warranty and recordkeeping obligations.

Different categories have different retention periods. Information is deleted, destroyed or anonymized where legally permitted when it is no longer required.

19. Security and Confidentiality Incidents

Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards are used based on the sensitivity, purpose, quantity, distribution and format of the information.

No internet, email, payment or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. If a confidentiality incident occurs, JackRighteous.com will assess it, take reasonable steps to reduce harm, maintain required records and notify affected people or authorities where required by law.

20. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request:

JackRighteous.com is not directed to children under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children for store accounts or purchases. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal information should contact the Privacy Officer.

23. External Links

The website links to social platforms, affiliate partners, suppliers, streaming services and other external websites. Their privacy practices and security are controlled by them, not JackRighteous.com. Review their policies before providing information.

24. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when practices, products, providers, technologies or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted with a revised date. Notice of material changes will be provided where required.
