Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, delivery, tracking, and delivery issues are handled for physical products purchased through JackRighteous.com.

JackRighteous.com sells both digital products and physical products. Shipping only applies to physical products.

Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products do not require shipping.

This includes PDFs, guides, templates, prompt packs, checklists, worksheets, training materials, memberships, subscriptions, access-based products, and other downloadable or online products.

Digital products are delivered electronically through download links, customer account access, email instructions, or the access method described on the product page.

If your cart contains only digital products, no shipping should be charged.

Physical Products

Some products sold through JackRighteous.com may be physical products, merchandise, print-on-demand items, or supplier-fulfilled products.

Physical products may be produced, packed, and shipped by third-party suppliers, print-on-demand partners, shipping carriers, or fulfillment partners. Because some physical products are made to order, processing and delivery times may vary.

Processing Times

Most physical product orders are processed within 1–5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare, produce, package, or hand the order to the carrier. It does not include carrier delivery time after shipment.

Processing may take longer during holidays, supplier delays, high-volume periods, carrier disruptions, product availability issues, payment review, address issues, or other delays outside our control.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, where tracking is available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for physical products are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not offer flat-rate shipping at this time.

Shipping costs may vary based on product type, supplier, package size, destination, shipping method, carrier availability, and checkout settings.

If your cart contains at least one physical product, shipping may be charged for the physical item.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping for physical products is typically estimated at 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the product, supplier, carrier, and destination.

Some orders may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, customs delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, regional service interruptions, supplier delays, and high-volume periods may affect delivery.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is not available at this time.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available where checkout provides a shipping option for the customer’s location.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Some products may not be available for shipping to every country or region. Shipping availability may depend on supplier restrictions, carrier availability, product type, destination country, local laws, or fulfillment partner limitations.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges.

These charges are set by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, or payment provider. They are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

JackRighteous.com is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, brokerage fees, or customs delays.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information where tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after the shipping notification is sent.

Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Some supplier-fulfilled or print-on-demand products may have tracking provided directly through the supplier or fulfillment partner.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately.

This can happen when products are fulfilled by different suppliers, shipped from different locations, produced at different times, or packaged separately.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Print-on-Demand and Made-to-Order Products

Some physical products may be made to order. This means the product may not be produced until after your order is placed.

Made-to-order and print-on-demand products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies under our Refund and Returns Policy.

Please review product details, size charts, colors, variants, shipping information, and checkout details carefully before placing your order.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers and suppliers have limitations around shipping to P.O. boxes.

If a product cannot be shipped to a P.O. box, we may contact you for an alternate shipping address.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable because of a P.O. box restriction, we will review the issue based on the carrier, supplier, and order details.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed, especially if the order has already been sent to production, fulfilled, or shipped.

Orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect address entered at checkout may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked-Delivered Orders

If your order is delayed, first check the tracking information.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with:

Household members
Neighbors
Building staff or front desk
Your local post office or carrier location
The shipping carrier listed in the tracking information

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Physical Products

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
Photos of the packaging, if relevant

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the supplier or fulfillment partner to provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Issues reported after 7 days may be harder to verify and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, damaged items, incorrect items, missing items, and digital product issues are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

Some supplier-fulfilled, print-on-demand, or made-to-order products may not be returnable unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under our Refund and Returns Policy.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel a physical product order, contact us as soon as possible:

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been sent to production, fulfilled, or shipped.
