The job here is not to choose the sound again. It is to translate the direction you already locked into one clean, testable generation lane.
Suno-forward, not Suno-only in principle. The current PDF uses Suno as its deepest implementation because that is where JR has the most developed prompt examples. The underlying Genre Intelligence method—rhythm, instruments, mood, vocal behavior, structure, production feel and avoid rules—can be translated to other AI music tools as their controls allow.
Use this when the direction is clear and you need a first controlled test

Keep the locked sound direction stable long enough to learn from the result. Change one major variable at a time, record what survived, and let the evidence choose the next tool instead of starting over.

After the first controlled test
