A variety of green leaves (like spinach, kale, and lettuce), colorful fruits (such as apples, oranges, and grapes), seeds (like sunflower or pumpkin seeds), and nuts (almonds or walnuts).
Instructions:
Gather Ingredients: For each day of Creation, we'll use different ingredients. Start with washing and prepping the greens for land, and cut fruits for trees and stars.
Making the Salad: In a large bowl, place each ingredient in sections. Greens for land, fruits for trees and stars, seeds for birds and fish, and nuts for the sun and moon. Arrange them like a beautiful canvas of nature.
Flavor and Dressing: Drizzle a light vinaigrette over the salad. You can make a simple one with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. It will enhance the flavors without overpowering the natural taste of the ingredients.
Serve with a Smile: Share the salad while talking about the story of Creation. And remember, as we eat, we also tidy up, keeping our creation (our kitchen) neat and clean.
Tips:
Use cookie cutters to make fruit shapes, adding a playful touch.
Toast the nuts slightly for an extra crunch and richer flavor.
