- Save a working copy of either the standard or light-background production log and record your important decisions.
- Keep the actual images in your own project folders. Save, close and reopen the PDF to confirm the entries; check print preview before sharing.
PDF form boxes have a fixed printed size. Preserve long prompts, detailed notes and editable design originals in separate files, then write their locations in your project record.

This standalone product delivers a ZIP containing the 44-page fillable training manual, two alternative nine-page fillable management logs and Read Me First. The package is designed for self-paced learning.
Do I need a particular AI image generator?
No. The training teaches decisions and preparation steps that can be used with suitable visual tools. Specific features vary from one platform to another.
Do I need Excel, Photoshop or a paid design subscription?
No Excel is required. The management tools are fillable PDFs. You may need an image editor appropriate for the kinds of visuals you're producing, but no single paid platform is required by this course.
Can I use every generated image commercially?
Not automatically. Check any source restrictions, model or tool terms, third-party likenesses, trademarks, intended use and the rules of the publishing destination. Document permission where needed.
Does the one-time purchase include future training editions?
