If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact info@jackrighteous.com with your order number and we will assist you.

Physical Products (Third-Party Fulfillment)

Physical products sold on JackRighteous.com are fulfilled by third-party suppliers through Shopify Collective or approved production partners and are subject to the supplier’s return and replacement policies.

Because these items are often made to order or shipped directly by partners, returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or ordering errors may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
