At the Pro / Complete level, the creator should learn to make connected decisions across the work, audience, documentation, opportunity and operating plan. The training does not need to name an executive role for each lens. It needs to make sure none of the professional jobs disappear.
Priority work + development
What work represents the creator now? What is the Top 1–3 priority? What creative or project decision still blocks the next professional state?
Brand + audience evidence
Can the right audience understand who or what they are following? What did the audience actually respond to, and what remains assumption?
Rights + release operation
What ownership, contribution, provenance, metadata, file, distribution or release issue could create an avoidable professional problem?
Commercial + partner direction
Which opportunity is supported now—release growth, collaboration, publishing, sync, live, management, label services, technology, brand or another defined path—and why?
Operating decision
What changed? What evidence proves it? What is blocked? What creator decision is required? What must be complete before the next review?
Readiness status
Use GREEN when the issue will not block the current objective, YELLOW when usable but incomplete, and RED when it is likely to create an avoidable professional problem. Do not convert this into an arbitrary numerical label-readiness score.
