Pro Extension 04 · Canonical Day-90 Next

Catalogue Bridge

One finished campaign should improve the next creator decision. This is the default handoff after the 90-Day Evidence File is complete. The purpose is not to reward activity with a pitch. It is to decide what the evidence justifies next.

You should already have

  • The completed 90-Day Evidence File.
  • The Day-0 baseline and meaningful release checkpoints.
  • Any controlled-intervention records.
  • Current Red / Yellow / Green issues.
Do not enter from memory. Base every conclusion below on the Evidence Vault and current Project Record. Weak or zero signal is allowed. Unsupported optimism is not evidence.

What did this song prove?

Creative: Which musical, vocal, lyrical or production decisions were strong enough to repeat?
Identity: What did listeners, collaborators or the creator consistently understand about the artist/project?
Audience: Which people or contexts responded, and which assumed audience did not?
Operational: Which parts of finishing, packaging, distribution or launch were repeatable—and which broke?
Commercial / collaboration: Did any real opportunity emerge that deserves follow-up?
Evidence quality: Which conclusions are Green, which remain Yellow, and which assumptions should now be treated as Red or unsupported?

Choose one next catalogue move

  1. Repeat: make the next track reinforce a signal that worked.
  2. Refine: keep the project direction but correct a clear weakness.
  3. Reposition: change audience, presentation or project architecture because the evidence contradicted the original assumption.
  4. Archive: preserve the learning without forcing the song into a larger campaign.
  5. Package upward: only when multiple strong assets and credible evidence justify a broader catalogue overview, creator profile or professional presentation.

Do not choose two. Record the primary next move. Secondary ideas can wait until that move is tested.

Industry introduction is conditional

An introduction to a label, manager, agency, collaborator, publisher, school, brand or other partner is not the default Day-90 outcome.

Use the Industry Introduction Readiness Audit only when this Catalogue Bridge decision identifies a real outside opportunity or “Package upward” is supported by evidence. The audit then tests whether the introduction can happen without avoidable professional confusion.

Do not overbuild the industry package

A one-page creator profile, executive brief, deck, top tracks, catalogue overview, traction evidence and partnership objective become useful only when the underlying creator strategy is clear. The existence of one finished song—or the completion of 90 days—is not by itself a reason to build every industry asset.

Save this decision

Create the Catalogue Bridge Decision Record: next catalogue move · evidence supporting it · strongest repeatable signal · principal weakness/unknown · what will be repeated · what will change · next project objective · what must be true before a professional package expands · whether an outside introduction is currently justified and why.

Completion gate

PROVE closes when the next move is explicit.

You are ready to leave this cycle when another competent person could read the 90-Day Evidence File and Catalogue Bridge Decision Record and understand what happened, what the creator learned and why the next move is justified.
