Free Creator Academy resource hub · Stages 2–4
AI Creator Business Guides
Creating the work is only the first part of building something useful around it. This hub helps you move from what you make to what it means, where it lives, and how you operate and grow it.
Stage 2 · MEAN IT · Find Your Voice
Stage 2 turns creative output into a clearer identity, point of view, message and published story. It covers Module 5 · Creator / Artist Identity, Module 6 · Audience, Point of View & Message, Module 7 · Write Your World and Module 8 · Publish the Story.
Identity
Clarify what you make, what you stand for and what signals should stay consistent across your work.
Audience & message
Define who the work is for, what they need to understand and which point of view makes your work recognizably yours.
Writing & story
Turn ideas into useful lyrics, articles, emails, scripts, explanations and project stories without flattening your voice.

Stage 3 · OWN IT · Find Your Brand
Stage 3 gives the work an owned home and a clearer path for people to understand, navigate and act on it. It covers Module 9 · Ownership & Domain, Module 10 · Build the Home, Module 11 · Discovery & Conversion and Module 12 · Launch the Home.
Ownership
Establish the domain, access, files and account structure that should remain under your control.
Home
Build the place where a visitor can understand the creator, the work, the useful resources and the next action.
Discovery & conversion
Connect content, search, internal links, email capture and relevant offers without making every page feel like a sales page.
Shopify can be a strong implementation option for an owned creator home, but it is not required by the curriculum. If Shopify fits your project, use the Scale With Shopify resource alongside Stage 3.

Stage 4 · BUILD WITH IT · Operate & Grow
Once the work, story and home exist, Stage 4 focuses on the operating system around them: Module 13 · Operate, Module 14 · Release & Grow, Module 15 · Measure & Improve and Module 16 · Run the Campaign.
Operate
Choose a sustainable rhythm, organize responsibilities and keep the system usable rather than constantly rebuilding it.
Release & grow
Route finished work into appropriate release, publishing, audience and campaign activity.
Measure & improve
Use evidence from visits, clicks, replies, downloads, signups, purchases and project outcomes to improve the weakest part of the route.
Optional 7-day Voice + Brand practice sprint
This is not a replacement for the Academy and it is not a required seven-day course. Use it when you want one bounded implementation week that connects Stage 2 and Stage 3.
- Day 1: write a one-paragraph creator identity brief.
- Day 2: name the audience problem and your point of view.
- Day 3: draft one useful story, article, email or project explanation.
- Day 4: define the owned home and its most important visitor path.
- Day 5: connect the story to the relevant page, resource or signup.
- Day 6: review the journey for confusion, dead ends and forced selling.
- Day 7: publish the smallest complete version and record what you will measure.
When paid depth makes sense
You do not need to buy another path to complete the Academy. Paid options are for creators who want deeper implementation, additional training material or more connected support.
Focused Voice DEVELOP
The historical Find Your Voice material remains available as an optional focused DEVELOP pack rather than a separate required curriculum.
16-module DEVELOP
Use AI Creator Training when you want deeper paid implementation across the same 16-module development architecture.
Choose deliberately
Compare the free Academy, DEVELOP training and ADVANCE support before choosing a paid route.
Use this hub by the problem you have now
- If the work exists but the creator identity or message is unclear, go to Stage 2.
- If the story is clear but the work has no owned home or useful visitor route, go to Stage 3.
- If the home exists but release, growth, measurement or campaign activity is inconsistent, go to Stage 4.
- If you are unsure where you belong, use the Creator Roadmap for placement.
