Module 8 · EXECUTE — Publish the Story | Free Creator Labs

YOU ARE HERE · FIND YOUR VOICE · MODULE 8 OF 8 · PUBLISH / DELIVER

Publish the Story

This is not another lesson. It is the Find Your Voice capstone. Bring your identity, audience, point of view and writing foundation together, publish or deliver something real, and leave Stage 2 with a creator story you can reuse.

Definition of done

Stage 2 ends with real-world evidence—not another draft.

For public work, complete Module 8 with a publicly accessible asset. For private, client, team or controlled work, deliver the finished communication to the intended person, group or repository and keep evidence of that delivery. The communication job determines the correct proof.

Minimum proof: one finished asset that demonstrates the approved identity and voice, plus a verified publication URL or delivery record appropriate to the intended audience.
  1. Identity foundation: what must remain recognizable about the creator, artist or project.
  2. Audience + point of view: who you are speaking to, what you mean and what should change for them.
  3. Reusable writing context: approved tone, boundaries, recurring language, themes and source facts.
  4. Bio / About language or equivalent context: a concise explanation of who or what this is and why the work matters where the job requires it.
  5. One real finished asset: an article, newsletter, release story, profile/About page, social post, product/service explanation, client deliverable, private document or other piece that demonstrates the same voice.

Build the capstone in this order

1 · CHECK THE SOURCE

Return to Modules 5 and 6.

Confirm identity, audience, central message, point of view and boundaries before publishing or delivering.

Module 5 · Module 6

2 · PREPARE THE WRITING

Use Module 7 on one real job.

Choose the format and intended action. Draft from your source decisions, edit for recognition and truth, then save the approved writing context.

Module 7 LEARN · Production Brief

3 · PUBLISH / DELIVER

Put the finished communication where the intended audience can actually receive it.

For public work, publish the asset, open the public URL yourself and confirm the experience works. For controlled work, deliver it to the intended audience or repository and record the handoff.

4 · SAVE THE SYSTEM

Keep the approved source material.

Save the identity, audience/message statement, Bio/About or equivalent context, reusable writing context and publication/delivery evidence together so the next piece starts from decisions already made.

Two valid capstone lanes

AI / Virtual Artist

Publish an artist bio/About statement plus a release story, profile, post or other piece that expresses the project worldview. Keep fictional lore and constructed identity clearly framed; do not present invented real-world history as fact.

Self-Publishing / Professional Creator

Publish or deliver an About/profile statement, article, newsletter, service/product explanation, proposal, teaching asset or other piece that demonstrates the same point of view and editorial voice. The job—not the format—defines successful completion.

COMMUNICATION QA · FINAL GATE

Publish or deliver because the communication holds up—not because the copy sounds finished.

Run the finished asset through this gate.

VOICE + AUDIENCE
  • Is the creator or project recognizable?
  • Can the intended audience tell quickly that this is for them?
  • Is the communication job clear?
  • Is the central message specific?
TRUTH + PROOF
  • Are material facts, numbers, dates and quotations checked?
  • Are fictional or lore elements framed honestly?
  • Has AI invented biography, proof or claims?
  • Is uncertainty qualified where evidence is incomplete?
EXPRESSION + FORMAT
  • Do length, opening, pacing and context fit the format?
  • Has generic AI language been replaced with creator-specific language?
  • Have current platform rules, limits or link behavior been checked where relevant?
ACTION + CONSISTENCY
  • Does the CTA or requested action fit the communication job?
  • Does the destination or delivery path work?
  • Does the asset contradict approved identity, message or proof?
  • For commercial content, are value and claims accurate?
PUBLICATION / DELIVERY DECISION: PUBLISH · DELIVER · REVISE · HOLD · HANDOFF
PUBLISH or DELIVER when the gate passes. REVISE when expression is wrong. HOLD when a fact or claim is unresolved. HANDOFF when the blocker belongs to another system.

Reopen rule: if identity, audience, point of view, central message, source fact or claim boundary fails, correct the upstream decision before polishing downstream copy again.

GPT COMPANION · MODULE 8

Use GPT as a final QA and evidence partner—not as the authority that declares the communication safe or ready.

Give GPT the approved identity, audience, point of view, source facts, final asset and intended publication or delivery job. Ask it to separate expression problems, factual/proof gaps, consent or rights questions and delivery issues, then flag what still requires human verification.

Useful starting request: “Review this finished communication against the approved identity, audience, point of view, source facts and intended publication job. Separate expression problems, factual/proof gaps, consent/rights questions and delivery issues. Flag what still needs human verification. Do not claim the asset is legally cleared or market validated.”

Keep human: final approval, factual checks, permissions, live-link or delivery verification, the publish/deliver decision and what happens next. GPT can organize the review; it cannot create consent, proof, rights or real-world reception.

Durable Stage 2 evidence · Publication & Voice Completion Record v1

Record what actually became real.

Use this as the Stage 2 handoff. Reuse upstream identity and writing evidence; do not rewrite it just because the stage is ending.

STAGE 2 PUBLICATION & VOICE COMPLETION RECORD v1

Your draft stays in this browser on this device and is not submitted to Jack Righteous. This completion record documents publication or delivery and continuity; it does not by itself establish Label-Ready status.

JR Junction · Published / Delivered Voice Evidence

Real-world delivery proves that the asset left the draft stage. It does not prove that every readiness or authorship question is resolved.

Where you are

You have an approved identity, audience/message decision, publish-ready writing and at least one finished asset that demonstrates the intended creator voice.

What you must contribute

Approve the final expression, verify facts and claims, preserve fictional/lore boundaries, confirm any human writing or material revisions, check spoken performance/voice authorization where relevant, publish or deliver the correct asset and verify the experience.

Evidence to keep

Keep the Module 5–7 source records, final approved text/script, human drafts and revisions, source/proof notes, voice/likeness consent where applicable, URL or delivery evidence, date and the Publication & Voice Completion Record.

What this can support

Repeated expression that traces back to the identity and message can support VOICE — DEVELOPING → VOICE — PROVEN. Substantive authored writing preserved through publication or delivery can support HUMAN AUTHORSHIP DOCUMENTED and, where the evidence is strong enough, a stronger human-authorship claim for the relevant expression.

What this does not prove

A public URL or delivery record does not prove copyrightability, registration, voice/likeness authorization, audience demand, BRAND READY, market fit or commercial readiness. If ElevenLabs or another synthetic voice is used, authorization remains a separate evidence axis.

Next human-control step

If the voice is coherent, continue to Module 9 and build ownership around it. If real-world use exposes identity, claim, consent or writing problems, repair the upstream source instead of multiplying assets around a weak foundation.

MEMBER PATH · VOICE COMPLETE · NEXT SYSTEM

Carry the voice into Find Your Brand.

You now have identity, audience and point of view, authored expression and a real publication or delivery record. Stage 3 asks where this work lives, what you own, how people find it and what they should do there.

Need more depth?

Stay with the smallest level that solves the blocker.

If the entire Voice stage needs deeper self-directed work, use the focused Find Your Voice DEVELOP pack. If a defined creator project needs a deeper active training layer, use Creator Pro. If the blocker crosses Voice, Sound, Brand, publishing, eligible tools or ongoing support, Complete Access is the connected option.
