What you'll actually finish
-
Define the signal: identify who should recognize your work and the visual promise behind it.
-
Set the rules: record repeatable colors, typography, layout, mood and usage boundaries.
-
Study the worked example: see how Harborlight Stories moves from an inconsistent concept to a clearer, more recognizable design. The example is fictional, not a measured campaign result.
-
Complete the working brief: write the reasons behind your rules without squeezing paragraphs into small fields.
-
Make your one-page Signal Map: distill your key decisions into a quick reference for the next visual.
-
Review and refine: document PASS, REVISE or HOLD decisions, then use actual evidence in your 30-day and 90-day review.
Planning your brand versus producing assets
This companion supports the Blueprint's main job: recognizable brand direction, consistency and review. The Righteous AI Visual Asset System handles the deeper production work—creating, refining, organizing, exporting and deploying finished visual assets.
Who this package is for
Independent artists, music creators, writers, podcasters, educators and small brands who want a repeatable visual identity across projects instead of starting with unrelated visuals each time. It is especially useful when you already have ideas or images but need a clearer set of decisions and a reliable review record.
How to use your download
- After checkout, download your Visual Brand Signal Blueprint Companion Tools v1.2 ZIP and unzip the folder.
- Open one version of the Quick Start and review the worked examples alongside your existing training or project.
- Use the Extended Working Brief to plan in more detail. Transfer short final decisions into the one-page Signal Map.
- If needed, complete either the standard Management Log or the printer-friendly version for your visual family.
- Save copies under your project name, then close and reopen the filled PDFs and check the print preview before sharing.
The one-page Signal Map intentionally uses short fields. For longer answers or extensive prompts, keep the text in the Extended Brief or a separate document and record its location. PDF fields do not expand indefinitely when printed.
Questions before you buy
Is the complete 12-module training manual in this ZIP?
No. This listing currently delivers the six v1.2 companion PDFs and Read Me. The full Blueprint teaching manual is a separate resource; do not assume it is included in this download.
Do I need to complete all six PDFs?
No. The Quick Start and Management Log each have an alternate printer-friendly edition. Use one of each, then complete the Signal Map and any working brief or log pages that help your actual project.
Do the forms work without Excel?
Yes. The Signal Map, Extended Working Brief and both versions of the Management Log are fillable PDFs. Use a PDF reader that supports saving form fields.
Does this teach Photoshop, Canva or image generation from scratch?
No. This product focuses on brand signal, visual direction and reusable decisions. Dedicated design or platform production tutorials are separate.
Do these tools guarantee commercial rights or audience growth?
No. Verify your sources, permissions, platform terms and intended use. The guides support planning and documentation, not copyright registration, marketplace approval, traffic or sales guarantees.
Already have JR training access?
Check your existing purchases and member resources before buying again. Download eligibility depends on the terms of your particular plan or purchase.
Digital educational materials. The screenshots in the product gallery show actual v1.2 PDF pages; Harborlight Stories is a fictional training demonstration. Any current platform or rights rule should be checked independently.
