This workbook separates how the audio recording was made from where the lyrics came from. For example, you can write every lyric yourself and then use an AI music generator to produce the vocal performance and instrumental. That is a different creative record from having AI generate the lyrics too.

- Create your release in Master Projects and assign a unique Project ID.
- Record the AI generator, lyrics origin and main versions under the same Project ID.
- Work through documentation and distribution checks before submitting to a distributor.
- Return after release to log posts, numbers, costs and your next action.
Best used in a current version of Microsoft Excel. Other spreadsheet applications may handle formulas or validation differently. No macros required.

Frequently asked questions
Does the music have to be completely AI-generated? No. The intended workflow starts with an AI music generator and leads to distribution. Original lyrics, edits, guest contributors and outside production work can all be recorded separately.
Can I manage several songs or releases? Yes. Use distinct Project IDs to keep records, versions and campaigns associated with the right release.
Does the tracker submit music to distributors automatically? No. It is an offline organization and review workbook, not an automatic uploader or distributor integration.
Will the dashboard clear my rights? No. Warnings flag incomplete or unresolved records for human review. They do not certify ownership, copyright protection, AI-model commercial rights or distributor acceptance.
Is this a subscription? No. This version of the Excel workbook and PDF is a C$5 one-time digital purchase.
