Creator Spotlight
A strong project deserves more than a promotional mention. Creator Spotlight looks at the person, the work, the decisions behind it and what other creators or audiences can learn from the journey.
Musicians, writers, artists, educators, podcasters and project builders can be featured. AI use is neither required nor sufficient on its own; the editorial focus is the work, the human contribution and the story worth telling.
Independent editorial submissions and nominations are free and selectively reviewed. For new creators submitting their own Spotlight work from October 27, 2026, a confirmed free Righteous Beat newsletter subscription is required at intake. Earlier submissions and existing member entitlements are unchanged. Complete Access separately includes a conditional Creator Spotlight feature when the project meets published quality requirements; membership alone does not trigger immediate publication. Member-included features are identified clearly.

A large following, expensive production, paid Jack Righteous access or agreement with Jack Righteous opinions is not required.

Free independent Spotlight submissions remain selective; new applicants must follow the published Righteous Beat signup requirements. Paid Rollout services and Complete Access membership do not buy favourable editorial coverage, an automatic interview, or guaranteed visibility. Complete Access does not automatically include a paid Rollout service.

Independent editorial submissions
Submit or nominate a real creator project for free. We consider clarity, human contribution, project substance, reader value and responsible presentation. Editorial selection is discretionary; not every submission is published.
Complete Access member feature*
An automatic Spotlight feature is included once a member project meets our published quality criteria. We review and may request more detail, stronger presentation or development before scheduling publication. Inclusion is a paid membership benefit and is identified as such in the feature.
*Review and readiness: We check a real public project, creator direction, meaningful human decisions, accurate source/rights claims, and a reason for readers to care. If the project does not meet the standard yet, we explain what is missing; creators can improve it using free learning or optional paid support. First Looks and follow-ups may document honest work in progress. Timing follows the editorial schedule, not a fixed launch promise. Requirements evolve with the program, with fair notice to existing members. Neither path promises a positive review, audience size, traffic or sales.

For independent submissions, consideration does not guarantee publication. A qualifying Complete Access project has an included Spotlight feature after meeting the same quality requirements and review, with timing and format set by the editorial schedule. Neither route guarantees favourable coverage, traffic, sales or partnerships.

Does a project need to use AI?
No. AI-assisted and non-AI work can both be considered.
Do I need to subscribe to The Righteous Beat before submitting?
For new personal Creator Spotlight submissions received from October 27, 2026 onward, yes: join the free newsletter, complete the email confirmation if required and include your subscription email when sending your Spotlight proposal. Newsletters are optional for ordinary readers, and newsletter signup never guarantees publication. This rule does not retroactively apply to already-received submissions or existing membership promises. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Is there a fee to submit?
No. Editorial submission and nomination are free.
Is Creator Spotlight automatically included in Complete Access?
Yes, conditionally. Complete Access includes a feature for a project that meets the published quality and editorial criteria. We review the work, explain needed improvements where applicable, and schedule a suitable feature after it qualifies. Independent submissions are free but selectively accepted. Member-included features are disclosed as part of a paid membership benefit.
What if my work is not ready yet?
You will be told what is missing, such as direction, substantive work, source links, presentation or evidence. Use free Creator Labs, optional Creator Pro support, your Complete Access resources or ASK JACK. A First Look may be appropriate while a story is developing.
Can unfinished work be featured?
Possibly, when there is enough real progress, public material and process to create a useful story.
Does a Spotlight guarantee traffic or sales?
No. A Spotlight provides editorial presentation and discovery, not a performance guarantee.
