Use your rewards without guessing what is currently active.
Righteous Rewards is an optional store loyalty benefit for eligible JackRighteous.com customers. This page explains the process. Your live rewards panel is the source of truth for your current point balance, active earning actions, available rewards and redemption requirements.
Important: this guide intentionally does not publish fixed point values or promise that a specific follow, share, signup, purchase or other action will earn points. Reward rules can change. Check the live panel while logged in before relying on an offer.
The simple rewards flow

Log in first.
Use the customer account connected to your JackRighteous.com activity so the rewards provider can identify the correct account where supported. -
Open the live rewards panel.
Check your balance, currently available ways to earn and the rewards that are actually available to you now. -
Complete only actions listed as active.
Do not assume an older promotion, social action or purchase still qualifies just because you saw it mentioned previously. -
Redeem the reward you want.
Follow the instructions shown in the panel. If redemption produces a discount code, copy or save that code before checkout. -
Apply the code at checkout when required.
Enter the code in the discount field and confirm that the order total changes before completing payment.
What rewards are—and are not
Not cash or income
Rewards points are not wages, earnings or a cash balance. Their use depends on the terms and redemption options presented by the live rewards program.
Not automatically applied
If a reward creates a checkout code, the reward is not reflected in your order until the code is successfully applied and the checkout total confirms the change.
Use the live panel as the source of truth
A loyalty program can change over time. Point values, qualifying actions, redemption thresholds, eligible products, campaign bonuses and other mechanics may be added, changed or removed. Rather than duplicate those moving details here, this guide explains the stable process and leaves the current mechanics to the live rewards panel.
If something shown on an older article, social post, email or screenshot conflicts with what your live panel shows today, use the current panel information before taking action.
Before you complete checkout
If you expected a discount
- Confirm you redeemed the reward successfully.
- Confirm a code was issued if the reward uses a code.
- Paste the exact code into the checkout discount field.
- Verify the checkout total actually changed.
If the total did not change
- Recheck the reward terms in the live panel.
- Confirm the code has not been mistyped or already used where restrictions apply.
- Check whether the reward applies to the items in the cart.
- If you still need help, contact support before completing the order you expected to be discounted.
A redeemed reward and a completed discount are not always the same thing. If you expect a lower checkout total, verify that lower total on screen before paying.

Where do I see my current points?
Log in and open the rewards panel on JackRighteous.com. That live view should be treated as the current record for your available rewards information.
Which actions earn points?
Use only the earning actions currently listed in your live rewards panel. This guide does not promise points for any specific purchase, social action, signup or campaign.
Can reward values change?
Yes. Program mechanics can change. That is why fixed point-to-discount values are no longer duplicated on this page.
What if I redeemed something and cannot use it?
Reopen the rewards panel and check the reward details first. For an order, account or access problem that remains unresolved, email support@jackrighteous.com.
