DO THE WORK

1. Reference the exact Node 4 rights/provenance record and the exact master/version it clears.
2. Lock exact artist name, track title and any legitimate version designation.
3. Identify primary artist, featured artist, remixer or other release roles only when those roles actually apply.
4. Import songwriter, composer, lyricist, producer, performer, engineer/mix/master and other supported human credits from the cleared contribution record; add only release-system fields that were not needed upstream.
5. Record accurate language, explicit-content status and closest truthful genre/classification choices for later distributor entry.
6. Save existing artist-profile URLs/IDs if this artist already has profiles that must receive the release.
7. Record any existing catalog identifiers that must be preserved. If an ISRC has already been assigned to this unchanged recording, preserve it; do not casually create a duplicate.
8. Record AI/tool/platform assistance or disclosure information only where a distributor, territory, partner or current policy actually requires it, and describe it accurately. Do not use a marketing slogan as a compliance record.
9. Cross-check every contributor/role against the Phase 1 contribution and rights records.
10. Resolve spelling, split, role or credit disagreements before upload—not after the release is distributed.

REVALIDATE WHEN THE RELEASE FACTS CHANGE

If the artist/project name, track title, version designation, contributor list, role assignment, sampled/source material or exact master has materially changed since Node 4, revalidate the affected rights/provenance evidence before treating the new metadata as cleared.

A formatting change, filename cleanup or platform-specific field label does not automatically invalidate the rights packet. The question is whether the underlying recording, contributors, permissions or ownership facts changed.

• A collaborator has not approved a material credit or role that affects the release.
