A useful review starts after you have done enough work to make a real decision possible. Complete the relevant training or project route, bring the current asset or version, and ask one bounded question.

Before you submit
Complete the smallest useful preparation.
Know which benefit you are using.
Use the support benefit stated in your purchase or active access. A public product rename does not create a new entitlement and does not erase a historical one.
Identify the work under review.
Name the song, book, article, podcast, campaign, offer, platform or other project you are actively moving forward.
Show what exists now.
Explain what you completed, which lesson or project route brought you here and what changed after you applied it.
Ask for one comparison, diagnosis or approval.
The review works best when one unresolved decision is blocking the next stage rather than several unrelated questions being bundled together.
Use review when: two reasonable options remain, a comparison needs experienced judgment, a revision is not solving the diagnosed problem, or an approval decision is blocking the next stage.
For mature projects
Bring the connected context—not five separate requests.
When the project is already developed enough to operate, the review may need to consider the professional system around it. You do not need to name executive roles. You do need enough context to see how the creative priority, audience, documentation, opportunity and operating decision affect one another.
Priority work / project decision
What is the strongest current work, what deserves the next push, and what project or catalogue decision is actually being made?
Brand / audience evidence
Who is the audience following, what should they understand, and what evidence shows what they actually respond to?
Rights / release risk
What ownership, contributor, provenance, metadata, asset, distribution or release issue could create an avoidable problem?
Commercial / partner opportunity
What opportunity is being considered, why does it fit now, and what evidence supports the introduction or next commercial test?
Decision required
What choice must the creator make now rather than leaving a strategic question unresolved inside more activity?
Next review condition
What must be completed, documented or tested before the project should be reviewed again?
Red / Yellow / Green is optional. Use it only when the label changes the decision. Green means strong enough not to block the current objective. Yellow means usable but incomplete. Red means likely to create an avoidable professional problem. Do not turn this into an arbitrary creator score.

Incomplete requests
Missing preparation returns to the workflow.
A request may be returned without project judgment when eligibility is unclear, the exact asset is missing, the current route is unclear, no comparison or attempted work is shown, several unrelated questions are combined, or the strongest element to protect has not been identified.

The answer should end in a decision you can test.
