Educator Program Pack
Use the existing 12-session AI Music for Teens path with a class, youth group, workshop series or parent-supported learner—without creating a second curriculum.
The lessons stay with the learner. This page gives the adult the operating system: pacing, session evidence, completion gates, progress tracking and a process-based rubric.

This pack does not replace or rewrite the student lessons. The student route remains Youth Creator Lab → AI Music for Teens → lesson → completion record → next lesson. Adult resources help you organize and verify that learning.

Three completion gates
Complete when the learner can explain intent, comparison, diagnosis and one targeted revision.
Complete when the learner can analyze a reference without copying, define a sound lane, assign section jobs and prove one deliberate energy decision.
Complete when the learner can repair or hold the right blocker, quality-check the whole track, document contributions and make a responsible next-use decision.
A learner may finish successfully by choosing SHARE, HOLD, KEEP PRIVATE or KEEP WORKING for a clear reason.
Facilitator control checklist
Before: confirm lesson, prerequisite, evidence, approved access, no-account fallback, privacy/voice boundaries and group roles.
During: state why the lesson matters, teach only the essential concept, protect learner decision-making, compare with evidence and record the decision.
Before ending: ask: What were you trying to do? What did you create or change? What did you notice? What did you decide? What evidence did you record? What comes next?
If time runs short: stop new generations, save the current evidence, record the next test and resume from that checkpoint.
Portfolio & completion rubric
Assess the learner's process evidence—not whether you personally like the song.
The learner explains the decision and shows supporting project evidence.
The decision exists, but explanation or evidence is incomplete.
An output exists, but the learner cannot yet explain the decision or show useful evidence.
The decision or required evidence has not been completed.
Safety and permission holds
- Use tools and accounts appropriate for the learner's age and setting.
- Do not collect or enter unnecessary private information.
- Do not upload another person's private recording, voice or likeness without appropriate permission.
- Verify important factual claims when needed.
- Generation does not automatically create permission to publish.
- When a permission, cultural, personal or sensitive issue is unresolved, the correct project decision can be HOLD.
Choose the right next layer
JR Youth Creator Lab · Free public education for ages 13–18. This implementation pack supports the general curriculum. Community-specific or culturally governed programs require their own approved context and review process.
