JR Creator System Phase One Update: The Open Creator Foundation Is Taking Shape

JR CREATOR SYSTEM · PHASE ONE · SEPTEMBER 2026

A stronger creator foundation, open to everyone.

Start with what you want to make. A story. A song. A voice. A product. An app. A business idea. Something that is still only taking shape.

I am rebuilding the Jack Righteous creator system from the foundation up—not replacing the roads that already work, but making them clearer, deeper and easier to enter at the point where your project actually begins.

The foundation stays open. Use it, learn from it and come back to it. Deeper training, broader connected systems and direct support sit above that foundation for creators who need more depth.

START WITH WHAT YOU WANT TO MAKE

Different entrances. One creator system underneath.

Start With Story

World, book, character, message, writing or narrative. Let the story establish what the voice, sound and brand eventually need to become.

Follow Our Oz — 100 Years Later

Start With Sound

Song, voice, melody, production or audio. Use the music tools when sound is the real starting point, then build the story, rights, release and audience around what survives.

Open the Musicfy Creator Hub

Start With the Idea

Product, app, project, business concept, visual work or something still undefined. Clarify the idea before choosing the tools, format or platform.

THE REUSABLE MODEL

Start → Build → Document → Release / Publish → Grow

Not every project uses the same tools or the same order. The point is to keep the work moving without restarting from zero every time the blocker changes.

Some of the deepest Phase One implementations today are in music because that is where much of the Jack Righteous system began. The same operating model is now being extended across writing, books, characters, apps, products and other creator work.

Phase One: the open working foundation

1

AI Artist & Creator Identity Builder

Define what should stay recognizable as you keep creating across music, stories, visuals, apps, games and creator projects.

Open Tool 1
2

Audience, Point of View & Message Builder

Turn the identity outward: who is this for, what do you believe, and what should the work help someone understand, feel, decide or do?

Open Tool 2
3

AI Song Intent & Positioning Kit

Give one song a clear job before genre, groove, vocal direction, structure or prompting start pulling it in different directions.

Open Tool 3
4

AI Genre & Sound Direction Kit

Translate intent into one usable musical lane: primary home, emotional tone, groove, texture, performance direction and an avoid list.

Open Tool 4
5

Find Your Sound AI Genre Prompt Starter Kit

Carry the locked sound direction into one controlled prompt lane, test it, listen for what held and what drifted, then route by the evidence.

Open Tool 5
6

AI Song Structure Kit

Use this only when structure is the proven blocker: section jobs, repetition, movement, pacing, payoff and the map of the song.

THE RULE

Do not use the next worksheet just because it is next.

Bring forward what survived the last step. If a different layer owns the problem, route there instead. The system is being built around evidence and continuity—not completion badges.

The essentials are being rebuilt too

Phase One is not only about the beginning of the creative process. I am also updating the practical resources creators need when the work starts moving toward release, rights, distribution and promotion.

CAMPAIGN

Creator Campaign Builder

A free reusable campaign workbook built around one primary platform, one secondary platform and one owned destination. Define the campaign first, then give each platform a job.

RIGHTS · FOUNDATION

AI Music Monetization & Rights Clarity 101

Keep platform permission, copyright and human authorship, source clearance, identity/voice questions and downstream use separate instead of treating “commercial use” as one answer.

Open Rights 101
RIGHTS · RECORD

AI Music Rights + Contribution Tracker

Map the actual track: lyrics, melody, vocals, samples, artwork, contributors, permissions, splits and release status so the evidence does not become a memory test.

Open the Rights Tracker
DISTRIBUTION · PLAN

AI Music Release & Distribution Planner 2026

One track, one release plan. Record readiness, rights position, destinations, distributor choice, submission package, delivery verification and the final proceed/hold decision.

DISTRIBUTION · EXECUTION

DistroKid Release-Readiness Guide

If DistroKid is already the chosen route, use this focused preflight for files, metadata, disclosures, upload decisions, submission evidence and delivery verification.

ACTIVE RELEASES

JR Release Command Center

Once a release is active, submitted or live, keep the current state visible: what is ready, blocked, waiting, delivered or still missing.

WHO THIS IS BECOMING FOR

One system. Different levels of depth.

Beginner / Youth: clear, low-friction tools that can be used without needing to understand an entire creator business first.

Adult Creator: practical open training and reusable working tools for real projects.

Structured Advanced Learning: deeper modules and connected roads for creators who need more than a one-off worksheet.

Professional Roadmap: readiness, documentation, release, rights, campaigns, owned platforms and operating systems for work that carries higher consequences.

These layers are not all equally complete yet. The point of this update is to make the build visible as it develops, not to pretend the whole roadmap is finished.

Use the roadmap when you need to see how the larger system connects.

WHY I AM DOING THIS

I spent my career building systems. Now I am applying that mindset to creators.

I spent much of my working career helping build new business units and improve operations—taking work that could begin as a cost centre and helping turn it into structured, revenue-generating systems.

As I move into retirement and build Jack Righteous as my passion project, I am taking that same operating mindset and applying it to creators: give the idea structure, give each stage a job, learn from the evidence, and build something that can keep growing.

The foundation is open to everyone. I want people to be able to use the system, learn from it and return to it without every useful next step being locked behind a payment.

For creators who need more, the paid layer is about greater depth, broader connected systems, updated training and direct support—not artificially hiding the foundation.

More AI output is not the same as more progress. It is now easy to generate more songs, more writing, more visuals and more versions than most creators can realistically use. The system I am building is increasingly about judgment: what deserves to continue, what failed, what should stay recognizable, what needs evidence, and what the smallest useful next move is.
