JackRighteous.com offers this website—including its information, products, downloads, tools, training materials, services, content and resources—to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here.
By visiting the site, creating an account, downloading a product, subscribing to a list, purchasing a product, accessing training or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, subscribers, members, vendors, contributors and anyone who accesses or uses the website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the website, purchase products, download resources or use our services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products and services.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state or country of residence.
You may not use our products, services, downloads, training materials or website for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You may not use the site or a product purchased from JackRighteous.com in a way that violates applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, privacy, consumer protection, advertising, tax, export or technology laws.
You must not transmit viruses, malware, worms, destructive code or other harmful technology through the site.
A breach of these Terms may result in termination of access to the website, products, downloads, memberships, training materials or services.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason.
We may limit, suspend or terminate access to the website, products, services, downloads, accounts, memberships, training areas or customer support when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the site, attempted fraud, misused digital products or created a security risk.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, redistribute, license, sublicense, exploit, scrape or misuse any portion of the website, service, product, download, training material, prompt pack, template, guide, PDF, membership content or customer-only resource without written permission.
The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience and do not limit or affect the Terms.
3. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness
Information on this site is provided for general educational, creative, business and product-information purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be accurate, complete, current or error-free.
Information may become outdated because platforms, laws, tools, prices, features, policies, music services, AI tools, distribution rules, Shopify features and third-party services can change.
Any reliance on material from this site is at your own risk.
We may modify site content at any time but are not obligated to update every page, article, product, guide or training resource immediately after a change occurs.
4. Products, Services and Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. A price change does not alter a completed order or an active subscription except as permitted by its purchase terms and applicable law.
We may modify, replace, suspend, discontinue or remove a product, service, download, subscription, membership, training resource, offer, bundle, article or page.
Certain products and services may be available exclusively online.

5. Product Descriptions and Order Terms
We make reasonable efforts to describe products, services, access periods, purchase options, prices, images and included benefits accurately.
The applicable product page, the purchase option selected during Shopify checkout, the order confirmation and the active subscription record control the terms of a particular order.
Product images, previews and examples are illustrative unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Colours and appearance may vary between screens, devices and physical products.
If a material error affects an order, we may contact you with a correction, offer an appropriate remedy or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate or required by law.

6. One-Time Purchases and Recurring Plans
A one-time purchase is charged once and does not renew automatically.
A one-time purchase includes only the product, access, files, support, updates or benefits stated on the product page or at checkout. It does not provide lifetime access unless lifetime access is expressly stated.
When a product offers both one-time and subscription options, the option selected during checkout determines whether the purchase is charged once or renews.
Selecting a recurring plan authorizes charges according to the price and billing frequency shown at checkout.
Recurring plans renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals once processed but does not automatically refund an initial payment or previously processed renewal.
Purchase-option, billing and cancellation terms are described at:
https://jackrighteous.com/policies/subscription-policy

Digital products may be delivered through download links, customer-account access, email instructions or another method described on the product page.
You are responsible for providing a working email address and maintaining access to the email address or customer account used for the purchase.
Digital sales are generally final after delivery, download, access or availability, except as described in the Refund and Returns Policy or required by law.
Unless stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, creative, educational or internal business purposes.
You may not share, resell, upload, redistribute, publish, give away, repackage or commercially distribute JackRighteous.com digital products, training materials, PDFs, prompt packs, templates, guides, downloads, member resources or customer-only materials without written permission.
8. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Do not share passwords, verification codes or private access links.
You agree to provide accurate account and contact information and to update it when necessary.

Custom-service remedies are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy.
10. Physical Products and Fulfilment
Physical products may include merchandise, print-on-demand goods, supplements and supplier-fulfilled products.
These products may be manufactured, packed, shipped or fulfilled by third-party suppliers, print-on-demand partners, carriers or fulfilment providers.
Colours, sizing, materials, packaging, production times and delivery times may vary by supplier, product type, destination and carrier.

11. Billing, Account and Order Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, account and contact information.
You agree to update your information when needed so transactions can be completed and products, access instructions and customer communications can be delivered.
We may refuse, cancel or limit orders containing incorrect information, fraud risk, payment risk, unauthorized resale activity, abusive activity or other issues affecting fulfilment or store security.
If we cancel or change an order, we may attempt to contact you using the information supplied with the order.
12. Third-Party Tools and Services
We may provide access to third-party platforms, tools, services, apps, integrations, links, embeds or resources.

An affiliate relationship does not change your purchase price unless a discount or offer is clearly stated.
Review the third party’s terms, privacy policy, pricing, refund rules and subscription rules before using or purchasing from that provider.

AI platforms, music services, distributors, stores, social platforms, copyright offices, payment providers and advertising services establish their own rules and may change those rules.
