- If the final product does not meet the agreed specifications after revisions, we will work with you to make it right, but no refunds will be granted.
3. Delivery:
- The final animated video will be delivered in MP4 format via email or a downloadable link.
- Delivery times may vary, but you will typically receive your video within 5-7 business days after your order is placed.
