Contact Jack Righteous: Support Emails, FAQ & Member Access
Gary WhittakerJACK RIGHTEOUS · SITE HELP & CONTACTS · UPDATED OCTOBER 2026
Need help with a download, a paid membership, an affiliate question, or a creative project? You shouldn't have to guess where to go. Here's the current way to find an answer, contact the right inbox, and keep your project moving.
JackRighteous.com has grown from music and articles into free creator learning, workbooks, training, digital products, and member resources. That means a general question, an order issue, and a specific creative decision don't always belong in the same place.
I've organized the help routes so you can start with what you actually need—not a long menu of everything on the site.
Fastest starting point: Read the Jack Righteous FAQ for answers about orders, accounts, subscriptions, learning routes, creator access, and AI music rights. For a direct contact method, use the Contact Jack Righteous page. If you've already purchased access and can't reach it, use the Member Access Help hub.
The four public email addresses
These are the current contact categories listed on the site's published Contact page. Choose the one that matches your issue so your message arrives with the right context.
Orders & customer support
Missing or broken downloads, order questions, product delivery, account problems, and purchase-related access issues.
Paid membership access
Material you already own but cannot access, member hub navigation, and issues involving Creator Library, Creator Pro, or Complete Access.
General & partnerships
Media inquiries, collaborations, partnership ideas, and general business communication that doesn't belong to support.
Affiliate program
Affiliate enrollment, links, campaign materials, promotion support, commissions, and program questions.
Do not send customer-support requests to sales@jackrighteous.com. That address is reserved for store and administrative notifications rather than public support.
Choose a page before opening an email
1. I have a general question about the site
Start with the FAQ. It covers the Creator Roadmap, free learning, paid access, billing, and resource questions. If you're still unsure where you fit, use the Creator Roadmap. For an unresolved general inquiry, use the Contact page.
2. I bought something and cannot find the download
Check your order confirmation and the email address used at checkout, then open your customer account. If a protected resource is missing, use Member Access Help rather than purchasing the item again. If the problem continues, email customer support with the order number and exact product name.
3. My Creator Library, Creator Pro, or Complete Access page looks locked
Sign in with the email tied to the purchase and open Member Home. If a specific page remains inaccessible, visit the Member Access Help hub and then email member support with the blocked URL, purchased access level, and checkout email. Earlier customers should not repurchase merely because public membership names have changed.
4. I need help deciding what to do with a creative project
This is different from a broken link or a billing issue. For a focused question about a song, rights, release, visual, brand, or creator business decision, use ASK JACK. For ongoing structured learning, Free Creator Labs is the better place to start. You don't have to buy a membership just to use the free learning path.
5. I want to promote Jack Righteous or discuss a partnership
Start with the Affiliate Learning Hub if you're learning how to make relevant creator recommendations. For program setup and commissions, use affiliates@jackrighteous.com. For media, editorial opportunities, and broader business partnerships, use info@jackrighteous.com.
What to include when you contact support
- What you need: Explain the issue or decision in one or two sentences.
- Which resource: Include the product name, article, page, or exact link.
- Purchase details, if relevant: Share the order number and checkout email, not a password.
- What happened: Tell us what you expected and what you saw instead. A screenshot can help when it shows the problem clearly.
- What you've tried: Mention whether you've checked the order email, signed in again, or followed the Member Access Help steps.
Privacy reminder: Never email passwords or full payment-card details. Response times can vary with active projects, launches, and teaching commitments; providing useful details helps reduce back-and-forth.
FAQ: common contact questions
Do I have to pay to ask a question?
No. You can use the public FAQ, free training and focused ASK JACK intake without automatically purchasing a paid membership. Paid consultations and included subscription benefits have their own terms, described on the current offer pages.
What's the difference between support and ASK JACK?
Support fixes order, download, account, and access problems. ASK JACK is for questions requiring creative or project direction. They solve different kinds of problems.
Where can I compare the current access levels?
Use the Creator Library, Creator Pro & Complete Access comparison. Current prices, renewals, and inclusions are shown on the relevant live offer pages and checkout, not in this announcement.
Where do I get news and learning updates?
Visit The Righteous Beat for newsletter and community information. For structured skill-building, start with Free Creator Labs.
Your next step
Start with the destination that matches your need. You don't have to work through every page or email every address. The aim is to spend less time searching for help and more time creating, learning, and building something useful.
