This page routes questions to the right place. Learning questions, creator direction, customer support, paid-access issues, collaborations and affiliate support each have a different best starting point.

What are you trying to do?

Learn

I want to learn how to build as a creator.

The Creator Academy is the free structured starting point. Use it when you need the full learning sequence rather than one-off support.

Open the Creator Academy
Ask

I have a specific creator question.

Use Ask Jack when you have a concrete question, decision, bottleneck or project issue and need direction rather than a general contact inbox.

Ask Jack
Support

I bought something and something is missing or broken.

Use customer support for orders, downloads, product delivery, account problems and purchase-related access issues.

Email Customer Support

Direct inboxes

Use email when the issue belongs to an inbox.

Customer Support

Orders, downloads, account problems and product delivery

Use this for missing files, broken download links, order questions, customer-account problems, payment-related access issues and free or paid product delivery.

Email customer support
Paid Access

Paid access or buyer-only content is missing

Use this when paid access, a member hub or buyer-only content you already purchased is inaccessible or difficult to locate. Paid access supports purchased material; it is not another stage of the free Creator Academy.

Email member support
General & Partnerships

Media, collaborations, partnerships and business inquiries

Use this for media requests, collaboration ideas, partnership conversations and business messages that are not customer-support or affiliate issues.

Send a general inquiry
Affiliate Program

Affiliate setup, links, commissions and partner communication

Use this for affiliate onboarding, promotion questions, commission questions, campaign materials and affiliate-program support.

Email affiliate support

Do not use sales@jackrighteous.com for support. That address is reserved for behind-the-scenes store and administrative notifications.

Before you send

A complete message is easier to solve.

1 · Say what you are trying to do

Lead with the outcome or problem in one or two clear sentences.

2 · Identify the exact page or product

Include the page, article, product, training item or link involved. For a purchase issue, include the checkout email and order number when available.

3 · Show what happened

Explain what you expected, what appeared instead and attach a screenshot when it makes the issue clearer.

Messages are handled as capacity allows, and timing can vary during launches, teaching periods and active project work. Clear routing and complete details reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
