PACKAGE is not a branding exercise detached from the music. Every name, credit, image and piece of copy must describe the same controlled song that completed FINALIZE.
Cross-road import rule
Do not rebuild a package you already proved.
Bring the Label-Ready Song Master Packet plus any valid Voice PACKAGE, Sound PACKAGE or creator-development records already tied to this candidate. Confirm they still match the exact cleared master and the current release objective, then add only the release-facing evidence that is genuinely missing.
Import the Song Thesis, narrator/perspective, Artist Voice Foundation, Current Song Voice Addendum, Final Song Voice Package, Voice Handoff Record, lyric/vocal proof or other current voice evidence where it already exists.
Import the Final Asset Package, Sound Handoff Record, controlled files, version lineage and other valid handoff evidence instead of rebuilding the same organization.
The exact release master and its Label-Ready Song Master Packet remain the source of truth. Imported packaging evidence must describe that master—not a superseded version.
Lock the current release identity, metadata/credits source of truth, artwork/copy and package manifest required to hand the song into DEPLOY.
If imported positioning, identity, copy or credits no longer fit the cleared master or current release objective, update only the affected evidence. Do not restart unrelated work.
