Label-Ready Phase 3 · DEPLOY | One Song → 90 Days
Phase 3 · DEPLOY
Turn the release package into a controlled live operation.
DEPLOY is where planning becomes infrastructure. You will set the runway, submit accurate release data, prepare the artist surfaces, create the audience path, build only the launch assets you can actually use, and run a final pre-release gate.
Cross-road import rule
Do not rebuild systems that already work.
The Green One-Song Release Package remains the source of truth. Import valid distributor/account history, artist profile IDs and URLs, owned-audience destinations, creator-site/community infrastructure, current campaign assets and other upstream evidence that still fits this exact release. Validate it against the cleared master and current release objective, then add only the operational work DEPLOY genuinely requires.
Artist name, project identity, credits, metadata, artwork, lyrics and release copy should come from the approved package—not be reinvented inside platform forms.
An existing correct artist profile, email list, creator site, community or distributor account is an asset. Do not create duplicates merely to satisfy a checklist.
Existing links, profile mappings, account access and assets must still describe the exact cleared release. Superseded or uncertain records are not automatically reusable.
The new work is the release calendar, distributor submission proof, platform-readiness status, live discovery/audience path, launch inventory and measurable baseline.
The six execution nodes
Import the release objective and known infrastructure, then choose the distributor, target date, platform scope and operating runway.
Upload from the approved package and preserve proof of every material submission decision.
Verify and reuse the correct artist surfaces before adding only the platform work that is actually available and useful.
Connect discovery to the release and to an existing owned relationship where one already exists; do not build a duplicate funnel.
Reuse and adapt valid assets first, then create only the missing campaign material that has a defined job.
Reconcile the deployment records against the package, confirm delivery/mapping/links and save the measurement baseline.
A confirmed distribution submission, controlled release date, prepared artist/platform surfaces, pitch and audience path where applicable, launch inventory, baseline evidence and no unresolved Red deployment issue. Valid upstream evidence may be referenced rather than recreated.
