Member Guidance & Support | Prepare a Focused Project Review

Member Guidance and Support

Bring one project decision, the completed work and the evidence needed to judge it.

This is the focused review handoff for members who have reached a real decision point. Complete the relevant training or Guided Track Builder route first, then submit one bounded question.

Use review when: two reasonable options remain, a comparison needs experienced judgment, a revision is not solving the diagnosed problem or an approval decision is blocking the next stage.
Before You Submit

Complete the smallest useful preparation.

1. Name the project

Identify the song, book, article, podcast, campaign, offer or platform you are actively moving forward.

2. State the current result

Explain what exists now and which lesson, route or project record brought you here.

3. Protect the strongest element

Name the lyric, hook, sound, message, structure, visual or positioning that should not be lost.

4. Define one decision

Ask for one comparison, diagnosis, approval, correction or next-step decision.

Copy This Format

Use one complete review request.

PROJECT TITLE: CURRENT GOAL: GUIDED WORKFLOW ROUTE OR TRAINING COMPLETED: CURRENT VERSION OR ASSET LINK: STRONGEST ELEMENT TO PROTECT: PRIMARY DIAGNOSED ISSUE: WHAT I ALREADY TRIED: OPTIONS I AM COMPARING: MY CURRENT DECISION: ONE FOCUSED QUESTION: WHAT I NEED FROM THIS REVIEW:
Completion gate: do not submit until the referenced asset, comparison and current Project Record can actually be reviewed.
Incomplete Requests

Missing preparation returns to the workflow.

A request may be returned without project judgment when the exact asset is missing, the current route is unclear, no comparison or attempted work is shown, several unrelated questions are combined or the strongest element to protect has not been identified.

Return action: open the Guided Workflow, complete the missing intake, route or evidence field, update the Creator Project Record and resubmit the same focused question.
What the Review Produces

The response should end in a testable next action.

DIAGNOSIS: confirmed or corrected PROTECT: the strongest element that should remain PRIMARY PROBLEM: the decision or defect that comes first RECOMMENDED INTERVENTION: the smallest useful correction DO NOT CHANGE: boundaries for the next revision NEXT TEST: one controlled comparison or action SUCCESS CHECKPOINT: what must be true to approve the result NEXT ROUTE OR STATUS: continue / retry / review / ready / held
The review is complete when: the member can record the decision, perform one next test and return to the Guided Workflow without guessing what to do.
Strong Example

Ask for judgment, not a project takeover.

Example: “I completed the generated-track diagnosis and narrowed the issue to vocal phrasing. Version A protects the hook better; Version B has stronger verse delivery. Which candidate should become the repair source, and why?”
Support Boundaries

Focused guidance is not unlimited production.

Support may include project-direction review, controlled comparison, workflow correction, training application, next-step planning and feedback on one bounded revision.

It does not automatically include full rewriting, mixing, mastering, production, legal clearance, project management, multiple unrelated outcomes or unlimited review cycles.
