Project Control Guide: keep one music project moving from decision to evidence.

Capture the exact project state, name one primary blocker, choose the route that owns it, return with evidence and record the next decision. This is the working control layer for Module 3—not another curriculum.

If you are following Module 3 and the remaining blocker is final validation, documentation, packaging, readiness or release, stop BUILD here and continue to Module 4 · EXECUTE — Finish the Work. Module 4 owns the Stage 1 finishing gate and final Human-Quality Pass.

4 · Approve the work

Define one controlled piece of work before doing it.

5 · Return with evidence

Finish the route with proof, not a general progress update.

Completion gate:

The work is not complete until the output is named, supporting evidence exists and the next decision is recorded.

6 · Save the Project Control Record

Your future self should be able to continue without reconstructing the project from memory.

Update the Project Record if continuity needs it, but do not let documentation become a detour around the Stage 1 capstone. Module 4 owns final validation, the Human-Quality Pass, packaging and the finished-work decision.
