Release Readiness Route | Righteous Track Builder

Righteous Track Builder · Final Decision Route

Release Readiness

Use this route after you have selected the primary version you intend to protect, finish, distribute, license, sell, or use commercially. The goal is not to convince yourself that the song is done. The goal is to make a documented decision about what the track is ready for next.

Prerequisite: You should already have one named lead candidate. If you are still choosing between generations, complete the Version Selection Route first.

Complete the readiness gate in order

1 · Learn

Understand the rights questions

Separate commercial permission, copyright claims, third-party clearance, voice consent, samples, similarity risk, platform terms, and Content ID eligibility.

Open Rights Foundation
2 · Apply

Validate the exact track

Check the final audio, lyrics, artwork, credits, version names, proof records, source files, platform details, permissions, disclosures, identifiers, and backups.

Use the Validation Checklist
3 · Decide

Choose finish, hold, or distribute

Route the track according to its remaining blockers and intended use. A documented hold is a valid professional decision when a critical issue remains unresolved.

Monetize Your Sound: Training Path 6

Enter this paid path only after the readiness decision. It is the correct continuation when the approved next goal is a revenue test, licensing offer, direct sale, client service, audience-supported release, or another commercial use.

Training Path 6 helps the creator build one realistic 30-day income test around one music asset, one audience, one offer or next step, one platform role, and one measurement plan. It does not treat commercial permission as automatic proof of copyright ownership, exclusivity, third-party clearance, or Content ID eligibility.

Do not enter the full monetization workflow merely because the song feels finished. First clear or document the release blockers and record the intended commercial use.

Return with completion evidence

  • Your approved primary master or named version
  • A completed track-validation checklist
  • Your human-contribution and proof-record status
  • Any unresolved rights, quality, metadata, or delivery blockers
  • Your decision: finish, hold, distribute, or commercial test
  • The exact next destination you selected
  • For commercial use, the first revenue-test direction you intend to assess

Route the decision

Finish or repair: return to the Existing Song Diagnosis Route with one defined blocker.
Hold: archive the approved source version, record the blocker, and define what evidence or revision would reopen the decision.
Distribute: continue to the AI Music Distribution Guide.
Monetize, license, sell, or serve a client: continue into Training Path 6.

Not every finished song needs a release, and not every release needs a monetization plan. The correct next step is the one supported by the track’s purpose, evidence, permissions, and intended audience.
