Visual Package & Release Copy
WHERE YOU ARE: The song, identity, metadata and credits are controlled. Build only the public-facing assets needed to present that same release clearly and consistently.
YOU SHOULD ALREADY HAVE
- Track Positioning & Identity Record.
- Release Metadata & Credits Record.
- Approved master and rights packet.
THE DECISION
What visual and written presentation best communicates this release without inventing a larger story than the work can support?
DO THE WORK
- Create or approve one square cover-art master that fits the artist identity, survives thumbnail size and meets the current distributor requirements you will use later.
- Save a clean lyric sheet that matches the final audio. Include contributor/disclosure information only where useful or required; do not clutter the lyric itself with marketing copy.
- Write a short artist/project bio: who you are, what you make and the recurring creative point of view. Keep it reusable beyond this one song.
- Write a short release description: what this specific song is about, sounds/feels like and why it belongs in the project now.
- Write a concise professional track note/pitch paragraph that can later be adapted for platform pitching, outreach or review without claiming guaranteed commercial potential.
- Save any immediately necessary supporting visual crop/source file, but do not generate a dozen platform assets before Phase 3 tells you which ones are actually required.
- Check that artist name, song title, credits and visual text—if any—match the Metadata & Credits Record exactly.
JR SUPPORT
AI Music Cover Art 2026 — visual promise, thumbnail test, rights and current distributor checks.
AI Music Branding 2026 — use when the bio or visual system does not yet connect to a durable identity.
AI Project Pitch Builder — optional later support when a broader project presentation is genuinely needed; it is not required to complete this release node.
SAVE THIS
Create the Visual & Copy Packet: cover-art master + editable/source file where available, final lyric sheet, short artist/project bio, short release description and one professional track-note paragraph.
DO NOT ADVANCE IF
- The cover or written copy uses a different artist/title identity from the metadata record.
- The artwork contains an unresolved rights/likeness/logo issue.
- Your bio is only a description of the AI tool you use.
- Your pitch language promises virality, label interest or commercial success you cannot support.
- The lyric sheet does not match the final recording.
READY TO CONTINUE WHEN
The release can be shown, described and credited consistently without reopening the artist identity or inventing information at upload time.
