Account, Settings, Labs & More: Finish the Interface Map
The creation tools make the music. These controls manage the account, personalization, experiments, notifications, rewards, privacy and support around the work. They matter—but they should not be confused with the actual song-making workflow.
The final orientation layer
Public identity, private account, personalization and experiments are different systems
Part 16 covered the public Profile. This final interface guide moves behind that public layer. The avatar menu and left-side utility icons lead to controls that answer very different questions:
Account
Who is signed in, how the account is connected and where account-level controls live.
Settings
Plan access, restrictions, language, appearance and other operating preferences.
Personalization
My Taste helps Suno learn and apply your creative preferences.
Platform context
Labs, rewards, notifications, help, feedback, privacy and legal information.
Privacy note: the interface captures used to document this guide included private account values. Those values are intentionally not reproduced here. The guide explains only what each area is for.
Avatar menu
The account menu is a map, not one setting

Account & Subscription
Account holds private identity data. Subscription defines access.
The current Account area contains private account/contact information, connected-account details and entry points into related controls such as Subscription, Restrictions and privacy/cookie settings. Treat it as an account-management screen—not a place to document publicly.
Account
Use it to confirm the account you are signed into and review account-level connection or contact information. Avoid sharing screenshots of this screen publicly unless sensitive values have been removed.
Subscription
Use it to review your current plan and the access attached to that plan. Suno currently lists Free, Pro and Premier tiers, with feature availability changing by plan. Because pricing and entitlements can change, check Suno’s live comparison rather than relying on an old screenshot.
Restrictions
This is the moderation decision and appeal area
The Restrictions screen is not a creative filter. It is where Suno can surface content removed for Community Guidelines violations, show the reason for a decision, let the account holder track review status and—where the interface permits—submit an appeal.
Important distinction: a restriction is an account/content-enforcement event. It is different from a generation being refused, a song being private, or a technical error.
The current interface states that each decision can be appealed once. It also includes regional dispute-resolution information where applicable. If a restriction appears, read the decision itself and Suno’s current Community Guidelines before acting; do not assume every removal has the same reason or remedy.
Language & Theme
Useful preferences that do not change the music model
Language
Changes the interface language. The current capture confirms the control exists, but this guide does not invent a language list that was not visible in the documented interface.
Theme
The current menu offers Dark, Light and System. System follows the device/browser appearance. This changes presentation only; it does not change the generated audio.
My Taste
My Taste is the personalization layer—not your public Profile
Suno’s current interface explains that My Taste learns from what you create, listen to, like and dislike. You can also write or edit a taste profile directly rather than waiting for the system to infer everything over time.
1 · Learn
Your behavior on Suno contributes preference signals.
2 · Edit
You can write or revise the taste profile yourself and save it.
3 · Apply
With My Styles enabled, using the magic wand in the Styles field can apply your taste profile when generating style suggestions.
Use it deliberately. Personalization can make repeated creation feel more like you, but it can also narrow exploration if you apply the same preference layer to every experiment.
Suno’s Help Center confirms that My Taste is available to all users and that Style Augmentation can personalize Magic Wand style descriptions from listening and creation habits.
Rewards & Community
The gift menu currently opens three participation routes
Listen and Rank
Listen to comparison tasks, rank what you prefer and help provide feedback to Suno. Suno’s release notes confirm that completed rating activity can earn extra credits.
Invite Friends
A community-growth entry point. Use the live interface for the current invitation mechanics rather than assuming an old reward structure.
Community Collab
A community collaboration entry point. Because these programs can change, treat what you see inside the live flow as the current source of truth.
Do not confuse “earn credits” with a permanent fixed-rate program. The interface confirms Listen and Rank can reward completed tasks, but credit amounts, eligibility and task availability can change.
Labs
Labs is Suno’s experimental zone
The Labs screen explicitly frames these experiences as experimental ways to create and discover music. That means Labs should be explored with curiosity—but it should not be mistaken for the stable core workflow we documented in Create, Studio and Library.
Genre Wheel
A discovery experiment for spinning into music across different genres. Useful when the problem is “I need a direction,” not when you already know the sound you are building.
Listen and Rank
The same preference-ranking activity also appears inside Labs, reinforcing that it is both an experiment/feedback mechanism and a credit-earning route.
MILO-1080 · Preview
A current preview experiment centered on a model-integrated loop-orchestration environment. The live Labs card presents it as a sampler/sequencer/synth-style experimental tool rather than part of the standard Create form.
Labs rule: document the job, not the permanence. A Labs card can change, disappear, graduate into the main product or evolve substantially.
Notifications & Activity
This is your update stream, not your Library
The current panel separates Notifications and Activity and includes a settings gear. The visible feed can surface updates connected to creators and content you follow, grouped by recency.
Notifications
Use this to see platform/social updates that Suno wants to bring to your attention without hunting through Explore or individual profiles.
Activity + settings
Use the Activity tab and gear to review or adjust the update layer. Exact notification categories can evolve, so the settings panel itself is the current authority.
Creator workflow: notifications can help you follow people and platform activity, but they should not become your project-management system. Your own songs, projects and reusable assets still belong in Library and Workspaces.

The current More menu completes the platform map with links that are useful when the answer is not inside a creation control:

Not every menu item should become another article

This matters because Suno is no longer one prompt box. It is a creation environment, production environment, asset library, public creator network and account ecosystem. Knowing which layer you are in prevents a lot of unnecessary clicking—and a lot of bad troubleshooting.
