PACKAGE Your Sound

FIND → BUILD → CONTROL → PACKAGE → SCALE → MONETIZE

PACKAGE begins only after CONTROL has produced a Control Record v1 + Verified Repair Copy. The job here is no longer to diagnose or repair the creative work. The job is to turn the approved working state into a dependable asset that can be delivered, reused, reviewed, archived, or moved into its next stage.

PACKAGE completion standard: Final Asset Package v1 + Handoff Record.

The PACKAGE operating loop

1 · FINALIZE
Lock the verified repair copy, decide the finalization route, and record mix/master judgment without reopening CONTROL.
2 · EXPORT
Create the minimum sufficient export set for the asset's real job and verify the files.
3 · ASSEMBLE
Name, version, organize, document, and preserve the files, notes, rights context, and recovery path.
4 · HAND OFF
Verify the package against its destination, record release-preparation evidence where relevant, and make the forward decision.

The boundary is deliberate

CONTROL owns: what was wrong, why an intervention was justified, what had to survive, what changed, drift checks, and approval of the repair copy.

PACKAGE owns: finalization and mix/master judgment, export strategy, file/version organization, package assembly, delivery evidence, release-preparation evidence, and handoff.

SCALE owns what comes next: repeatable deployment, channel/system expansion, operating cadence, and scaling the approved asset/package into a larger system.

What you leave with

  • An approved final working state tied back to the CONTROL evidence.
  • A purpose-built export set rather than a folder full of unnecessary files.
  • A recoverable package with clear naming, versions, provenance/rights notes, and destination context.
  • A Handoff Record showing what was delivered, to whom or where, what was verified, what remains unresolved, and whether the package advances.
