The record passes when…

  • the current state and available evidence were reviewed instead of reconstructed from scratch;
  • there is one priority, not an unranked list;
  • the relevant creative, rights/release, audience and operational constraints are visible;
  • the Cycle has an objective definition of done;
  • the action is actually closed or deliberately stopped;
  • the result and evidence have a known home;
  • facts are separated from assumptions where the distinction matters;
  • the human Operator decision and next action are explicit.
