Creator Workflow Progress

Move through the full five-step system

You are on Step 1 of 5: define the project identity before generating anything.

Bee Righteous Training Academy · Tool 01

AI Project Identity Builder

Define the creative identity of your project before generating music, sound design, or AI-driven creative assets.

This tool helps you create a clear project foundation so your prompts, production decisions, and creative direction stay consistent throughout the course. By completing this page, you will produce a Project Identity Sheet that anchors the entire project.

What This Tool Produces

When finished, you will generate a Project Identity Sheet that defines the core elements of your creative direction.

  • project name
  • project type
  • sonic direction
  • emotional tone
  • tempo and energy profile
  • primary sound elements
  • target audience or use case
  • creative world and references
  • project identity statement

This sheet becomes the creative blueprint for the rest of the workflow.

How to Use This Tool

  1. Complete each section in order.
  2. Keep answers concise and intentional.
  3. Use the examples as guidance only.
  4. Watch the Project Identity Sheet update automatically as you work.
  5. When finished, copy the sheet into your project documentation or creative notes.

Project Foundation

Start by defining what the project is and what professional direction it belongs to. This establishes the container for everything that follows.

Use 1–4 words if possible. Choose something memorable that represents the project concept.

Choose the format or professional direction of the project.

Sonic Identity

Define how the project should sound and feel. These decisions will influence your production, sound design, and later AI prompting.

List 1–3 main sonic styles.

Example: cinematic trap, hybrid orchestral, dark synthwave

List 2–4 emotional descriptors. Music communicates emotion first. Define it intentionally.

Example: mysterious, aggressive, melancholic, heroic

Define the general pacing of the project.

Example: 80–95 BPM, 110–130 BPM, slow cinematic pacing

Describe how the music should move.

Example: slow build with heavy impact, tense progression with explosive drops

List three signature sonic ingredients that should appear in the project.

Example: deep 808 bass, orchestral strings, analog synth pads

Audience and Use

Define who the music is for and where it belongs.

Thinking about audience helps shape structure, pacing, and production decisions.

Example: streaming listeners, film directors, game developers, trailer editors, sync libraries

Creative World

Define the conceptual environment of the project.

Describe the world or concept surrounding the music in 3–5 sentences. This helps keep the project cohesive across tracks.

Example: A futuristic city has become emotionally numb under total technological control. The music reflects tension, isolation, and resistance. Dark energy blends with moments of emotional clarity.

List three reference works that help define the project's sound.

These can be artists, albums, films, games, or soundtracks.

Identity Consolidation

Combine everything above into one professional summary that can guide future decisions.

Write 3–5 sentences describing the sound, emotion, audience, and concept of the project. This statement becomes the anchor description for the entire project.

Example: Neon Ghost is a cinematic electronic project built around dark synthwave, hybrid orchestral tension, and emotional bass-driven production. The project explores isolation and resistance inside a technologically controlled city. Its music is designed for streaming listeners and visual creators seeking immersive futuristic sound.

Project Identity Sheet

As you complete the fields above, your Project Identity Sheet assembles automatically below.

Save Your Work

This tool runs entirely in your browser using HTML and JavaScript only. No information is saved. When the identity sheet is complete, copy it before leaving the page and save it into your:

  • project folder
  • course notes
  • Notion workspace
  • production documentation

This document should guide the next stages of the workflow.
