Control Your Sound

Diagnose a specific problem, protect what already works, make the smallest justified intervention, and verify that the repair improved the work without creating hidden drift.

Where you are

Sound maturity: FIND → BUILD → CONTROL → PACKAGE → SCALE → MONETIZE.

Prerequisite: bring Sound Recipe v1 + Repeatability Record, a selected working source, preserve list, known limitations and project lineage. If the sound still cannot be reconstructed intentionally, return to BUILD.

If you need the universal finishing and project-control foundation rather than this deeper repair lab, use the free Find Your Sound Modules 1–4.

The CONTROL workflow

01 · IMPORT

Protect the working source

Lock the source, lineage, rights notes, preserve list and rollback point before making another change.

02 · DIAGNOSE

Name the actual defect

Turn a vague complaint into a bounded, evidence-backed problem and decide whether it is local, linked or systemic.

03 · INTERVENE

Use the smallest responsible repair

Choose edit, regenerate, replace, comp, stem, arrangement or other intervention because the diagnosis supports it—not because the tool is available.

04 · VERIFY

Prove the repair

Compare against the protected source, test preserved strengths, catch regressions or drift, approve or roll back, and save the control record.

CONTROL owns—and stops here

CONTROL owns

  • source protection and version lineage
  • problem diagnosis before action
  • repair boundaries and preserve lists
  • smallest-justified intervention
  • section, stem, edit and regeneration decisions
  • matched before/after comparison
  • drift and regression detection
  • approval, rollback and recovery
  • human decision documentation

CONTROL does not absorb

  • identity discovery → FIND
  • construction and repeatability → BUILD
  • final mix/master decisions, export specifications, filenames, delivery packages, release handoff and readiness → PACKAGE
  • promotion and audience expansion → SCALE
  • revenue systems → MONETIZE
CONTROL completion standard

Control Record v1 + Verified Repair Copy + MAKE IT → MEAN IT Handoff Record v1

You can identify what was wrong, explain why the chosen intervention was justified, show what had to survive, compare before and after fairly, detect regressions, and identify the approved source with traceable evidence. The completion gate then records what the next development system is allowed to change.

Access and completion

Your CONTROL purchase is complete on its own.

If you purchased CONTROL individually, you complete it by producing Control Record v1 + Verified Repair Copy + MAKE IT → MEAN IT Handoff Record v1. You do not need PACKAGE, Creator Pro or Complete Access to make this purchase complete.

Creator Library — One-Time: if CONTROL is included in the Library version you purchased, use that existing access. Complete Access: includes the current Creator Library plus applicable Creator Pro training and broader support. Creator Pro: is separate professional-development depth and does not automatically replace standard CP1 or Creator Library access.

When CONTROL is complete

Choose the next blocker—not the next upsell.

If the active source is stable and meaning, lyrics, topline or artist voice still need development, route into Find Your Voice / MEAN IT. If those decisions are sufficiently locked and final asset organization, exports or handoff are now the blocker, move into PACKAGE. If professional introduction is becoming a real objective, run the public Label-Ready readiness checklist before any Pro execution. If none of those conditions exists, pause and use the work.

Best next step by access

The verified repair changes what each access level can do next.

CP1 / focused training

PACKAGE only when finalization, exports or handoff are now the blocker.

If repair is actually complete, move the verified working state forward. If another repair problem remains, stay in CONTROL rather than packaging unfinished work.

Continue CP1 → PACKAGE

Creator Pro · best professional next step

Check whether the candidate is ready for professional preparation.

Run the public Label-Ready checklist against this exact candidate. It will expose whether rights, identity, catalogue priority, professional materials or another non-Sound issue should be resolved before deeper execution.

Run the Label-Ready Check

Complete Access · best connected next step

Complete Access gives you the connected professional route; it does not waive the readiness check.

Run the same public Label-Ready checklist first. If the broader readiness standard supports professional one-song execution and the candidate's music, meaning/voice and major documentation questions are sufficiently resolved, then use the applicable Label-Ready member system. Otherwise return to the unresolved creator road first.
