Build a reusable AI workflow: a creator project brief, source register, approved decisions, review, and a finished reusable asset.

JR PRO Creator System: A Reusable Project and AI Specialist Workflow

Gary Whittaker
JR Creator System · Operating blueprint · Updated October 2026

One project. Tested methods. Real creator assets.

PRO is not about collecting more AI chatbots. It is about building a reliable process you can reuse, with your creative decisions, source material and approved output connected. The earlier “central brain plus many worker GPTs” concept is now better implemented as one organized Project, a small set of reusable specialist methods and supervised execution.

Important transition: OpenAI has scheduled standard custom GPT retirement for December 11, 2026. The planned October 26, 2026 cutoff for creating new GPTs is specified for affected Enterprise workspaces; notices and options can vary by account. If you have a GPT you rely on, preserve its latest published instructions, reference files and test prompts, then review the official migration FAQ. Build new reusable specialists with Plugins where available. Do not assume all integrations, sharing permissions or outputs migrate unchanged.

1. The real JR PRO system architecture

A working creator environment has four components. They do not all need a separate GPT, subscription or software product.

1 · Source and method

Use relevant, authorized Jack Righteous guides and worksheets: Find Your Sound for music, Find Your Voice for communication, and Find Your Brand for public structure. Record each source URL and date.

2 · Project controller

Use a ChatGPT Project for one actual creator goal. Keep files, approved decisions, references, versions, checks and task conversations together. The Project's instructions establish review and permission boundaries.

3 · Reusable specialist

Save the repeated method—for example song-brief review, lyric analysis, page QA or campaign planning—as a Plugin skill where available, or as portable instructions in a Project. Use existing GPTs only where still supported.

4 · Execution and verification

Use the right external creation or publishing tool for each step: Suno for eligible music-generation tasks, a writing tool for text, a design tool for assets, and a store platform for commerce. Verify actions in the external system, not only in the AI conversation.

What to avoid: Do not build a “universal creator brain” that claims to know everything or make major decisions by itself. Keep the repeatable methodology small enough to test and the Project context specific enough to trust.

2. First-session setup: four deliverables

  1. Identity card. Write your creator role, audience, primary message or musical direction and constraints. Do not force a complete personal brand plan before you can work on one song.
  2. Project brief. Choose one active deliverable and approved success criteria. If your task is music, define listener, emotional intent, groove, reference boundaries and the dominant issue you want to solve.
  3. Source register. Record the JR material or other evidence that supports your method, including permission to use and last-checked date.
  4. First working asset. Create one reviewed result—such as a song brief, revised lyrics, a release checklist, product description or storyboard—not just a set of prompts.

Example: the first usable asset

Training scenario: A creator wants one reggae-influenced single, not an entire marketing system. Their approved goal is a one-page Song Brief for the current track.

  • Inputs: a completed creative-direction worksheet, the latest lyric draft, the relevant dated JR guide and the creator's approved decisions.
  • Specialist job: compare the draft with the brief, protect locked lyrics, identify one mismatch and propose a single revision test.
  • Output: an updated one-page Song Brief, a short comparison checklist, a version name and one next action.
  • Creator check: read or listen to the revision and approve or reject it before the log changes.

This is useful even without building a Plugin; the method can begin inside one ChatGPT Project.

3. Keep the specialist stack small and useful

The earlier blueprint proposed a “Lyrics Engine GPT,” “Structure Builder GPT,” “Prompt Engineer GPT” and “Refinement GPT.” Those remain useful job categories, but you do not need to create four separate GPTs.

Lyrics reviewer

Input: approved concept and draft. Output: voice, clarity, image, rhyme and lyrical conflict review. Preserve any words marked locked.

Structure reviewer

Input: sections, length and song objective. Output: a simple form map and recommended arrangement test—not an invented claim about what a music model will produce.

Prompt reviewer

Input: generation prompt, intended direction and observed outcome. Output: one controlled prompt revision and what to listen for.

Refinement reviewer

Input: current work plus creator observations. Output: ranked issues, preserved strengths, comparison criteria and a version entry.

Start with just the reviewer you need. If you later use multiple specialists, make the handoff explicit: what the previous one produced, what is approved, which file version the next one can use and what the next tool is allowed to change.

4. Fixed first workflow: from direction to reviewed asset

  1. DEFINE: Choose one result, supply JR sources and approve the creative brief.
  2. DRAFT: Create the first material with the appropriate tool. AI suggestions are drafts, not automatically approved decisions.
  3. REVIEW: Have the specialist compare the result against the approved brief and produce a limited issue list.
  4. REVISE: Make one testable change at a time, record version number and what the creator listened to, read or checked.
  5. PACKAGE: Produce the asset plus a short context record, version history and any rights/approval information that actually exists.
  6. APPROVE: Stop before external distribution, publication or financial action until the creator authorizes the exact next step.
Example: Maya's first AI single has a usable chorus but loses rhythmic clarity in the second verse. A good PRO workflow produces a revised verse test, a listening comparison and a decision log. It should not automatically create a new identity, storefront, album and marketing plan when she only asked to fix the verse.
PRO SESSION PROMPT
You are helping with [PROJECT NAME]. Read the current approved brief, the latest draft and the authorized JR reference. First confirm what is LOCKED and identify the single issue most likely to improve the current output. Propose no more than two options and one controlled test. Separate source facts, creator decisions and your recommendations. Update the decision log only after I choose an option. Never assume permission to publish, send, sell or change another account.

5. System tests and failure handling

  • Source test: The assistant names the supplied JR guide and version; it doesn't invent an article it cannot read.
  • Lock test: Approved lines or decisions remain unchanged when reviewing.
  • Scope test: A requested song fix does not become a business expansion pitch.
  • Contradiction test: Conflicting instructions or outdated platform details are called out.
  • Output test: A human can use the completed brief, revised file or QA sheet without needing to decode the chat transcript.
  • Action test: External publishing and account changes require explicit permission and read-back verification.

Save a portable copy of all reusable instructions. If an existing custom GPT is part of the current setup, follow the official migration guidance and re-run the same tests after moving to a replacement Plugin. Migration is not a guarantee that custom actions or every permission transfers automatically.

Migration readiness check for an existing custom GPT
  1. Identify who owns it and confirm the account or workspace notice.
  2. Save the latest published instructions, permitted source files and three representative test prompts.
  3. Record any custom actions, connected apps and access permissions; they may need separate setup.
  4. After migration, compare the replacement's answers, file outputs and action permissions against your original tests before depending on it.

Keep your own portable backup of the tested method. Migration does not automatically make a private plugin publicly available to previous GPT users.

6. What is different at each JR level?

Free: Use one JR guide and your completed worksheet to get one focused result. See the free exercise.

ASK JACK: Keep an ongoing creator Project organized with decisions, sources and file versions. Open the Project lab.

Creator Pro: Make your methods repeatable and testable with the AI Specialist Lab.

Complete Access: Connect source, Project, specialist and external operations with approval controls. Open the Shopify operating example.

JR PRO does not replace the creator. It should reduce repeated setup and make decisions easier to track. It cannot guarantee output quality, copyright protection, platform approval, streams or sales.
