Genre is a starting point, not the whole sound
A useful direction is more specific than “reggae,” “pop,” or “hip-hop,” but cleaner than a pile of ten genre labels. The workbook helps you build hierarchy: what leads, what supports, what the listener should feel, what elements belong, and what should stay out.

The control rule
If you cannot name what you are testing, stop generating.
