What I’d Track After a Holiday Uber Eats Weekend

A holiday shift is only useful if you can tell what actually happened after the screenshots and gross payout are stripped away.

The scorecard

Track Why it matters
Gross payout + tips Your starting revenue, not your final profit.
Hours online / active time Shows how much unpaid waiting was involved.
Kilometres Helps expose fuel, charging, maintenance and depreciation.
Parking / tolls Holiday congestion can create costs that screenshots ignore.
Restaurant / store waits A major source of lost productive time.
Tax reserve Protects money that may not really be yours to spend.

A simple calculation

Gross payout + tips − direct operating costs − tax reserve = a more useful estimate of what you kept.

Then compare the holiday with a normal weekend

A holiday is only a meaningful strategy if it improves something you care about: net dollars per hour, total dollars earned, flexibility, or reduced dead time. Compare like with like.
