Smoothie vert du Jardin d'Eden

Ingrédients:

  • 1 tasse d'épinards frais
  • 1 pomme verte, épépinée et tranchée
  • 2 kiwis, pelés et tranchés
  • 1 tasse d'eau ou de jus de pomme
  • Glaçons (facultatif)

Instructions:

  1. Préparation des ingrédients : Lavez soigneusement les feuilles d'épinards. Épépinez et coupez la pomme verte, épluchez et coupez les kiwis.
  2. Mixez : Dans un blender, mélangez les épinards, la pomme et les tranches de kiwi. Ajoutez de l'eau ou du jus de pomme pour une consistance plus lisse. Si vous aimez votre smoothie froid, ajoutez quelques glaçons.
  3. Servir : Verser le smoothie dans des verres. C'est une délicieuse façon de parler de prendre soin de son corps et de son âme, comme on prend soin d'un jardin.
