The Rights + Contribution Master Tracker is now Version 2.0.

This is an upgrade to the tracker creators already know—not a separate new product. The system has been rebuilt as an editable online workspace that can preserve multiple projects in the browser and export a clean project record as a PDF.

What changed

• No spreadsheet is required: complete the full workflow directly online.
• Multiple local projects: create, rename, duplicate, reopen and delete separate song records.
• Browser autosave: work is preserved on the same browser and device.
• Better documentation: map evidence, human direction, composition, recording contributions, AI use, collaborators, licences and release declarations separately.
• Professional PDF export: generate a cover page, project version, status, final summary and print-safe record.
• Draft-friendly: export an incomplete record without pretending the project is finished.

What did not change

The tracker remains an educational organization system. It does not create copyright, determine ownership, clear samples, guarantee registration, guarantee Content ID eligibility or replace qualified legal advice.

Your entered information is stored locally in your browser. It is not submitted to Shopify or Jack Righteous. Because browser data can be cleared or lost, export a PDF after meaningful work.

Where Complete Access fits
