Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, replacements, and order issue requests are handled for purchases made through JackRighteous.com.
Because JackRighteous.com sells a mix of digital products, training resources, access-based products, print-on-demand items, and supplier-fulfilled physical products, eligibility depends on the type of product purchased and the issue being reported.

General Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase unless a shorter product-specific issue window applies, such as damage or delivery problems with physical products.
After 30 days, we generally cannot offer a refund, exchange, or replacement unless required by applicable law.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Digital Products, Downloads, Guides, Templates, and Training Materials
Most digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. For that reason, digital product sales are generally final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to you.
This includes digital downloads, PDFs, guides, templates, prompt packs, checklists, worksheets, training materials, course resources, and other downloadable or access-based products.
We do want customers to receive the files and access they paid for. If there is a problem with a delivered digital product, contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Eligible digital product issues may include:
A corrupted file
A missing file
A broken download link
A duplicate or incorrect file
A product access issue caused by our store setup
A missing component that was clearly included in the product description
If the issue can be fixed, we will provide a corrected file, updated link, replacement download, or access correction.
If we are unable to fix the issue, we may approve a refund.
Digital Product Refunds Not Covered
We generally do not offer refunds for digital products due to:
Changing your mind after purchase
Buying the wrong product by mistake
Not reading the product description before purchase
Software or hardware issues on your device
Incompatibility with your preferred app, platform, or workflow when compatibility was not promised
Lack of time to use the product
No longer needing the product
Personal preference after accessing the material
Failure to download the product during the available access period, unless the issue was caused by our store setup

Training Access, Memberships, Subscriptions, and Access-Based Products
Training access, membership products, subscription products, and other access-based offers are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, unless there is a technical access issue caused by our store setup that we cannot resolve.

We will review the issue and attempt to restore access, resend access instructions, correct account access, or provide the missing material.
If we are unable to provide the access or materials included with your purchase, we may approve a refund.
If a subscription or recurring access product is available, cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past billing periods, used access periods, or already delivered digital materials unless required by law or specifically stated in the product offer.
Free Products and Free Downloads
Free products, free downloads, free training resources, and free promotional items have no purchase price to refund.
If a free product link is broken or a file is missing, contact us and we will try to correct the issue.
Physical Products, Merchandise, Print-on-Demand Items, and Supplier-Fulfilled Products
Some products sold through JackRighteous.com may be physical products, merchandise, print-on-demand items, or supplier-fulfilled items.
Many physical products are made to order or fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, accidental purchase, or a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Physical Products
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Delivery times can vary based on product type, supplier processing, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, and destination.
If tracking shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it, check with household members, neighbors, building staff, your local post office, or the carrier first.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Some supplier-fulfilled, print-on-demand, or made-to-order products may not be returnable unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under this policy.

To be eligible for an approved return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, unless the issue is damage or defect.

Approved Refunds

Refunds are usually submitted within 10 business days after approval.
After we process the refund, your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
