ASK JACK resource library and member support guide for finding creator tools, training and help routes

ASK JACK Resource Library & Member Support Routes | Jack Righteous

Jack Righteous Guidance Update

ASK JACK, the resource library and customer support now have separate jobs.

The former “VIP Prompt Support” language combined several different things: public project questions, member training resources, written guidance and order support. The relaunch separates those routes so creators know what to use and what their purchase actually includes.

Updated July 26, 2026: the existing library URL remains active, but the current name is ASK JACK Member Resource Library.

Four clear routes

Start with the route that matches the actual need.

ASK JACK

Use the public ASK JACK route when you have a creator, project or business question and need help identifying the strongest next step.

Use ASK JACK

Resource Library

Use the ASK JACK Member Resource Library for structured guides, workflows, checklists and solutions built from recurring creator problems.

ASK JACK form

General creator questions, project direction, possible Creator Spotlight consideration and deciding what to do next.

Bring the project, the current blocker and the decision you need to make.

What changed

The useful library stayed. The inaccurate promise was removed.

The original support initiative produced valuable prompt, workflow, publishing, rights, branding and creator-development guides. Those resources remain available at the same library URL so established links and member bookmarks continue to work.

What changed is the promise around them. The library is no longer described as a service where every subscriber receives personal prompt responses. Written guidance depends on the current eligible offer, while general creator questions belong in ASK JACK and order problems belong in customer support.

Bring one clear problem

Use the smallest route that can solve it.

Read the relevant guide first. Use ASK JACK when the direction is unclear. Use member guidance when your current offer includes it. Use customer support when the issue is an order, account, payment, download or access problem.

This page explains current routing and educational support boundaries. It does not guarantee sales, streams, platform approval, professional opportunity or commercial outcomes.
