Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, recurring access products, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy purchases are handled on JackRighteous.com.
Not every purchase option is available for every product. The product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or subscription portal will show the purchase terms that apply to your order.

Subscriptions and Recurring Access
Some products may be offered as subscriptions, memberships, recurring access products, recurring digital access, or recurring customer benefits.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges based on the subscription plan, billing frequency, duration, and terms shown at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely by Shopify or the payment provider used at checkout. JackRighteous.com does not store full credit card numbers on its own systems.
Subscriptions may include digital access, training access, member resources, customer benefits, product updates, recurring deliveries, or other benefits described on the product page.
Automatic Renewal
Some subscriptions renew automatically unless they are cancelled before the next billing date.
If a subscription renews automatically, you are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal if you do not want to continue.
Cancellation requests made after a renewal payment has already been processed do not automatically refund the renewed billing period.
How to Cancel or Manage a Subscription
You can cancel or manage an active subscription through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email, customer account, subscription portal, or other instructions provided after purchase.

We will help review the subscription status, but we cannot guarantee cancellation before the next billing date if your request is sent too close to the renewal time.
Subscription Refunds
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing. It does not automatically refund past charges, already processed renewal payments, used access periods, delivered digital products, downloaded files, or membership benefits already made available.

If you were charged because of a clear store error, duplicate billing issue, or access issue caused by our setup that we cannot resolve, contact us so we can review the issue.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, access may be paused, delayed, or cancelled depending on the subscription settings and payment provider.
You may need to update your payment method through the subscription portal, customer account, or checkout system.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders before they are fully available, released, produced, stocked, or ready for delivery.
When you purchase a pre-order, the product page or checkout page will explain the expected availability, release, fulfillment, or delivery details available at that time.
Pre-orders may be charged in full at checkout, charged as a partial payment, or charged later depending on the product and checkout settings.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation of a pre-order before the product has been fulfilled, delivered, accessed, downloaded, sent to production, or otherwise made available.
If a pre-order has already been fulfilled, delivered, accessed, downloaded, or sent to production, cancellation may not be available.
Refund eligibility for pre-orders depends on the product type and order status.
Digital pre-orders are handled under the digital product terms in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Physical product pre-orders are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.
Pre-Order Timing
Pre-order release dates, production dates, fulfillment dates, and delivery estimates may change because of supplier delays, production delays, platform issues, technical issues, shipping delays, or other factors outside our control.
If a pre-order is significantly delayed, changed, or cancelled by us, we will review the order and provide an appropriate update, replacement option, cancellation option, store credit option, or refund option where applicable.
Try Before You Buy
JackRighteous.com does not generally offer try-before-you-buy purchases unless that option is clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.
If a try-before-you-buy option is offered, your payment method may be authorized before fulfillment or access is provided.
You will have the trial or review period shown at checkout or in the product terms to decide whether to keep the item.
If you do not return or cancel the item within the stated trial period, your payment method may be charged for the full amount.
Try-before-you-buy products must be returned or cancelled according to the instructions provided with that offer.
Digital products, downloads, training access, memberships, subscriptions, and access-based products are generally not eligible for try-before-you-buy unless clearly stated on the product page or checkout page.
Physical Product Cancellations
Physical products, print-on-demand products, made-to-order items, and supplier-fulfilled products may not be cancellable once the order has been sent to production, fulfilled, or shipped.
If you need to cancel a physical product order, contact us as soon as possible:

Digital Product Cancellations
Digital products, downloads, PDFs, templates, prompt packs, training materials, memberships, subscriptions, and access-based products may not be cancellable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available.
