A Jack Righteous Project Incubator Feature

The Goblin Queen: Giving Dear Goblin a Voice Before Launch

Dear Goblin already has its world, characters, and advice experience. Jack Righteous is helping prepare the launch through sonic branding, original music, reel concepts, and promotional pathways designed to lead people into the Court.

This project is presented as a standalone Dear Goblin launch story. Jack Righteous is supporting promotion and sonic branding—not creating, operating, or providing the Dear Goblin advice service. The cover artwork shown here is a promotional concept and is not the official visual representation of the Goblin Queen.

The experience behind the campaign

What is Dear Goblin?

Dear Goblin is a character-led digital advice experience built around the Goblin Queen and Claw. Visitors can explore the Court, use interactive tools, read Letters from the Court, and bring personal questions into a world where emotional insight meets direct honesty.

The Goblin Queen looks for the pattern beneath the problem. Claw looks for the part of the story the writer may be avoiding. Together, they give the Dear Goblin experience its central tension: counsel without flattery and honesty without performance.

Dear Goblin describes itself as an advice column and psychoeducational entertainment platform. It is not psychotherapy, clinical treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for professional care.

Meet the voices

The Goblin Queen leads. Claw refuses to let the truth hide.

Queen of the Emotional Underground

The Goblin Queen

The Goblin Queen is the centre of the Dear Goblin world. Her voice is measured, emotionally grounded, and focused on the larger pattern shaping the situation. She does not rush the person toward a simple answer. She helps them see the story more clearly.

Keeper of Uncomfortable Truths

Claw

Claw is the interruption the Court needs. He notices contradictions, avoidance, excuses, and the detail someone hoped would pass without comment. His role is not cruelty. It is to make sure honesty remains part of the answer.

Visual campaign direction

A promotional interpretation of the Goblin Queen—not the official character image.

The cover image gives this Project Incubator feature a strong campaign focal point while Dear Goblin’s official visual identity continues to develop.

Its purpose is promotional: to communicate authority, mystery, emotional weight, and the theatrical world surrounding the Court. It should not be presented as final character canon, official Dear Goblin artwork, or a replacement for the project’s approved character assets.

  • Use it as the featured image for this Jack Righteous Project Incubator page.
  • Use it in promotional previews that link back to this article.
  • Label it as concept artwork whenever the distinction may not be obvious.
  • Replace it later if Dear Goblin supplies an approved official Goblin Queen image.

Jack Righteous’ role

Promotion and sonic branding as Dear Goblin prepares for launch.

The work is focused on how the Goblin Queen, Claw, the campaign song, and the website can be introduced as one recognizable experience.

Define the sound Shape a repeatable musical identity that belongs to the Court.
Build the campaign asset Develop “Bring Your Troubles to the Court” as more than a standalone song.
Create launch concepts Plan reels and character moments around the Goblin Queen and Claw.
Direct the audience Use every promotional asset to lead people toward DearGoblin.com.

The sound of the Court

“Bring Your Troubles to the Court” gives the launch an audio identity.

The song creates a sonic relationship between the person seeking help, the Goblin Queen offering perspective, and Claw delivering the truth that cannot be ignored.

The Goblin Queen Warm, poised, emotionally grounded, and reassuring without becoming sentimental.
Claw Dry, sharp, dramatic, and timed to interrupt the listener’s comfortable version of the story.
The Court Mysterious piano, warm cello, restrained strings, subtle music-box texture, and a modern pulse.
The sonic phrase “Bring your trouble to the Court” becomes the repeatable line that connects song, reel, character, and website.

Launch campaign structure

One sound. Two characters. One destination.

The campaign does not need to explain every Dear Goblin feature in one reel. It needs to make the Goblin Queen memorable, let Claw interrupt, and give the audience a reason to enter the Court.

Phase 1

Introduce the Goblin Queen

Establish the lead character, her authority, and the emotional promise of the Court.

Phase 2

Let Claw interrupt

Use short, sharp character moments to make the two-voice format clear and memorable.

Phase 3

Establish the sound

Repeat musical cues, vocal roles, and the central campaign line across reels and launch assets.

Phase 4

Open the Court

Direct the audience to DearGoblin.com to explore, use a free tool, read a letter, or enter the experience.

First reel direction

The Goblin Queen should be the first character the audience remembers.

The reel can use the song as a compact introduction to the Court rather than trying to summarize the entire website.

Opening You have asked your friends. You have replayed it alone.
The Goblin Queen enters Now bring it to the Goblin Queen.
Claw interrupts And bring the part you keep leaving out.
Final campaign line Bring your trouble to the Court. DearGoblin.com.

Enter the Court

For creators and project owners

Does your project need a sound people can remember?

Ask Jack helps creators and businesses clarify how original music, sonic branding, content, and campaign structure can support an existing project without replacing the project itself.

Dear Goblin, the Goblin Queen, Claw, the Goblin Court, and the Dear Goblin website are presented as a separate project. Jack Righteous’ role in this feature is promotion and sonic branding. The featured Goblin Queen cover is promotional concept artwork and is not the official Dear Goblin character image. Dear Goblin describes itself as an entertainment and psychoeducational advice column; it is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention, medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional mental-health care.
