Use Label-Ready FINALIZE when the job is now bigger: one serious release candidate must meet a professional one-song standard and carry its evidence forward through PACKAGE → DEPLOY → PROVE over the 90-day system.
Cross-road import rule
Reuse → Validate → Add only what Label-Ready still needs.
Import any existing record that already describes this exact candidate. Confirm it still matches the current version, then add only the professional evidence that is missing.
Import the exact active track/version, protected musical traits, structure, source/provenance location and MAKE IT → MEAN IT Handoff Record when they already exist.
Import the MEAN IT Song Completion Record, Song Thesis, narrator/perspective, Artist Voice Foundation, Current Song Voice Addendum, lyric/vocal proof and any VERIFY or REOPEN MUSIC history.
If you already built a Final Song Voice Package, Voice Handoff Record, Final Asset Package or Sound Handoff Record, reference those files and decisions rather than typing them again.
Validate the exact current candidate, final-edit judgment, approved master/deliverables, master-specific rights clearance and the evidence required for PACKAGE → DEPLOY → PROVE.
If an imported record no longer matches the current song, do not silently update the history. Record the material change and route the affected evidence back to the JR stage that owns it.

FINALIZE requires one exact candidate, final edit judgment, an approved master/deliverables record and rights/provenance clearance tied to that exact recording. Those records become the source of truth for every later release asset and professional claim.
The four execution nodes
Select the exact title, lead version and purpose of the candidate—or import and validate the exact candidate already locked upstream.
Identify only the changes that still materially improve the release candidate.
Approve the final audio and preserve the files required to move forward.
Import relevant upstream records, then document and clear the people, tools, permissions, source material and rights conditions attached to the exact final recording.
At the end of FINALIZE you should have one approved master, an organized source/deliverables folder, a clear contribution and provenance record, and no unresolved red-level issue that would make packaging the song professionally irresponsible.
