Label-Ready Evidence Vault

A professional claim should be traceable to something real. Use this vault as the index—not necessarily the storage location—for every artifact that supports the project.

Vault rule

For each item record: artifact name · exact file/link · date/version · owner/source · what claim it supports · current status.

PROVE import rule: do not start a fresh evidence system after release. The Pre-Release Baseline & Deployment Gate Record from DEPLOY is Day 0. Carry it forward unchanged, then add timestamped evidence against it.

FINALIZE evidence

Approved master + checksum/version identifier where useful
Final edit / listening decision record
Technical deliverables / stems or supporting audio that actually exist
Rights, contributions, permissions and provenance evidence

PACKAGE evidence

Track positioning & identity record
Canonical metadata & credits record
Lyrics / release copy / bio or track note
Approved artwork + rights/source information
One-Song Release Package manifest

DEPLOY evidence

Release Deployment Plan
Distribution Submission Record + identifiers
Platform Readiness Record
Pitch / release-link / owned-audience record
Launch Asset & Outreach Calendar
Pre-Release Baseline & Deployment Gate Record — this becomes Day 0 for PROVE

Phase 4 operating index

PROVE evidence checkpoints

These are evidence windows, not posting quotas. If a measure is unavailable, record N/A or pending with the source instead of inventing a number.

Day 0 / Release Week: import the Step 14 baseline; verify the live master, artist mapping, metadata and links; log incidents/corrections; save the first live snapshot.
Day 14: run an operational signal check. Correct mapping, broken destinations, campaign execution or obvious CTA problems. Do not turn two weeks of data into a career conclusion.
Day 30: complete the first full evidence review against the release objective and baseline. Choose KEEP / CHANGE / STOP / INVESTIGATE. If changing, identify one meaningful variable and the signal expected to change.
Day 60: test repeatability. Record whether the original signal persists and whether any controlled intervention changed the evidence. Add economics/time evidence only where it affects a decision.
Day 90: close the 90-Day Evidence File: strongest signals, weak/zero signals, audience/collaborator evidence where applicable, interventions and results, costs where relevant, unresolved Red/Yellow/Green issues and the evidence-supported next catalogue move.

Controlled intervention record

When evidence justifies a change, save: checkpoint · problem/hypothesis · one variable changed · action · expected signal · evidence source · result · KEEP/CHANGE/STOP/INVESTIGATE decision.

Do not change the artist identity, campaign, audience and release strategy at the same time and then claim you learned what worked.

90-Day Evidence File · minimum completion

  • Day-0 Pre-Release Baseline & Deployment Gate Record.
  • Release-week verification plus incident/correction record.
  • Timestamped, source-attributed evidence at the meaningful checkpoints above.
  • Every controlled intervention and its result, if any.
  • Audience, collaborator or owned-audience evidence where it exists.
  • Costs/time/economics only where relevant to the decision.
  • Unresolved Red / Yellow / Green issues.
  • Day-90 conclusion stating what the evidence justifies next.
Weak or zero signal is still evidence. PROVE is not a contest to manufacture growth. The professional standard is whether the creator can tell the truth about what happened and make a better next decision from it.

Evidence quality test

  • Green: source is identifiable, dated, relevant and supports the stated claim.
  • Yellow: useful signal but incomplete, platform-limited or needs context.
  • Red: memory, vanity metric without context, unverifiable screenshot, paid/fake activity, or a claim stronger than the source supports.

Canonical Day-90 next

Close the evidence cycle before considering an introduction.

Catalogue Bridge → choose the next evidence-supported creator move

The Industry Introduction Audit is a conditional branch after that decision—not the automatic reward for finishing 90 days.
