Save / print behavior
The online records are working tools—not your only archive.
The editable records can save typed answers in the current browser and can be printed or saved as PDF. Browser storage is convenient, but it is device/browser-specific. Keep formal source files, recordings, project sessions, permissions, agreements and final evidence in your own organized storage.
Recommended workflow: complete the module → update the relevant project record → save in browser → print/save a checkpoint copy when a stage is complete → keep the underlying files in your own project folder.
