CREATOR DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM · MODULE 4 SUPPORT
Know What You Can Claim, Use and Release
Rights and ownership are release-readiness questions inside Module 4—not a separate Creator Academy track. The goal is to document what happened, separate different legal/platform questions, and make a more informed RELEASE, HOLD, REWORK or PRIVATE TEST decision.
Return to Module 4
Do not collapse six different questions into “Do I own it?”
Platform permission
What does the tool's current plan and terms permit you to do with the output?
Copyrightability
Which elements, if any, may qualify for copyright protection under the law that applies?
Ownership
Who controls the human-authored, recorded, commissioned or licensed elements involved?
Clearance
Are samples, references, lyrics, artwork, voices or other third-party material cleared for the intended use?
Voice / likeness consent
Do you have appropriate permission for identifiable voice, likeness or performance material?
Destination eligibility
Will the distributor, store, platform or monetization system accept this exact asset under its current rules?
What good documentation does
Keep tool and plan information, prompts/source material, lyrics, edits, uploaded audio, collaborators, licenses, permissions, versions and human contributions together. Documentation supports your decisions and evidence trail; it does not magically prove copyright ownership or override a platform's rules.
Important boundary: Module 9 · Ownership & Domain is about controlling your creator home, domain and infrastructure. This page is about rights and release readiness for creative assets.
Use the smallest support that solves the question
Free rights guide
Use the current rights guide to separate permission, ownership, copyright and monetization questions.
Open Rights & Ownership Guide →Rights + monetization routing
Use this when the blocker is deciding which rights or monetization question applies before release.
Open Rights + Monetization →Release readiness
When the rights record is good enough to make a decision, return to the Module 4 release gate.
Check Release Readiness →Optional paid depth
Stay with the free rights and release resources if they solve the blocker. If repeated project work needs more structure, compare Creator Library — One-Time, Creator Pro and Complete Access by the support you actually need.

After the decision
If the asset is ready to release, move into delivery support. If it is not, document the blocker and return to the relevant creative step rather than using distribution or monetization as a substitute for readiness.
