90-Day Creator Operating Cycle | Stage 4 Creator Labs Support

Free Creator Labs · Stage 4 Support · Modules 13–16

Run a 90-Day Creator Operating Cycle

Turn a finished body of work, a clear story and an owned home into a repeatable operating rhythm: release, grow, measure, improve and run focused campaigns.

This is an optional Stage 4 operating cycle, not another curriculum, Start Here page, prerequisite or replacement roadmap. Free Creator Labs remains the universal learning system. The canonical Stage 4 path is Operate & Grow · Modules 13–16.

Before you use this cycle: Stage 4 assumes you have enough work, meaning and owned infrastructure to operate. If your audience or message is still unclear, return to the Find Your Voice Hub. If the creator, owned home, operating roles or business system are not yet coherent, use the Find Your Brand Hub; go directly to CP3 when the Stage 3 curriculum itself is the blocker.
How the cycle maps

Four Stage 4 jobs, one repeatable rhythm.

Module 13 · Operate

Choose a realistic operating rhythm, define what deserves attention and keep a usable record of decisions.

The 90-day operating cycle

Three 30-day phases built around Stage 4—not a second creator journey.

Days 1–30 · OPERATE

Establish the rhythm

  • Set a sustainable weekly operating cadence.
  • Choose the work or project that deserves the next release push.
  • Confirm the owned destination and primary action are working.
  • Build or update the release plan.
  • Record decisions in the operating record instead of rebuilding from memory.

Use the Module 13 Operating Record →

Days 31–60 · RELEASE & GROW

Put work into circulation

  • Run releases or content pushes with one clear destination.
  • Connect distribution, owned content and audience actions.
  • Use supporting content to explain meaning, process or usefulness.
  • Keep calls to action proportional to the project.
  • Record what receives real attention instead of assuming what worked.

Use the Module 14 Release & Growth Plan →

Days 61–90 · MEASURE, IMPROVE, EXECUTE

Strengthen what evidence supports

  • Review reach, movement, response and friction.
  • Improve the strongest justified opportunity rather than adding random complexity.
  • Remove or simplify paths that create confusion.
  • Run a focused Module 16 campaign around a clear objective.
  • Carry the evidence into the next operating cycle.

Advanced Stage 4 · Run yourself like a label

The Artist Label Office

Once the artist, project and owned home are clear enough to operate, treat the creator as the Founder / CEO of their own label. You do not need five employees. You do need to make sure the five jobs are being done.

1 · A&R / Artist Development

Own identity, catalogue priorities, Top 3 work, project architecture, creative direction and development blockers.

Ask: What work represents us now, and what must improve before the next professional introduction?

2 · Brand, Marketing & Audience

Own positioning, visual consistency, profiles, content pillars, audience growth and evidence of real resonance.

Ask: Can the right audience recognize, understand and continue following this artist?

3 · Label Operations, Rights & Releases

Own masters, metadata, contributors, splits, publishing / PRO, AI provenance, distribution, stems, assets and release records.

Ask: Would a professional question about ownership, files or release status create an avoidable problem today?

4 · Commercial Strategy & Partnerships

Own the opportunity map: label, publishing, management, agency, live, sync, collaboration, technology and brand paths.

Ask: Who should care now, and what is the specific reason for the introduction?

5 · Artist Business / GM

Own the 30/60/90 plan, calendar, priorities, budget, KPI review, dependencies and decision backlog.

Ask: Are all four specialist areas moving toward the same objective?

The Founder review

Every seat should report the same five things: What changed? What evidence proves it? What is blocking progress? What Founder decision is needed? What must be completed before the next review?

Stage 3 vs Stage 4: Stage 3 establishes a brand and project that can be understood. Stage 4 makes that brand operational, measurable, marketable and increasingly partner-ready. If identity, owned home, specialist roles or business logic are still drifting, return to the Find Your Brand Hub. If the identity is clear enough to act on, use the Label Office to run it.
AI specialist warning: calling an AI your CEO, CFO, marketer or business developer does not make the output expert-grade. Use role charters, shared context, evidence and founder review. The Brand Hub defines the current JR9 drift standard.

A useful weekly rhythm

Operate in loops small enough to finish and learn from.

Choose

Decide what work, release, page or campaign deserves attention now.

Execute

Finish the defined action instead of expanding scope mid-cycle.

Record

Capture what changed, what was released and what evidence appeared.

Review

Look at behavior and responses that can actually inform a decision.

Improve

Choose one justified correction before adding more channels, tools or offers.

Repeat

Carry the improvement into the next release or campaign cycle.

What to measure

Evidence should help you decide what to do next.

Signal What it may tell you Possible review
Reach Whether the relevant work or page was seen. Distribution, relevance and link placement.
Movement Whether people clicked, listened, read deeper, subscribed, contacted or bought. Call-to-action clarity and path design.
Response Whether people replied, saved, shared, asked questions or returned. Meaning, usefulness and audience fit.
Friction Where people stopped or became confused. Navigation, wording, delivery, forms or checkout where relevant.
Conversion Whether a defined signup, booking or purchase action happened. Offer clarity, trust and completion path. Do not invent benchmarks.
Retention / return Whether people had a reason to come back. Follow-up, ongoing usefulness and release rhythm.
Campaign support

Use supporting frameworks when they solve a specific Stage 4 job.

Release operations

Use AI Music Release System when you need a production-team lens for coordinating release tasks. It is support, not another curriculum.

Where Shopify fits

Shopify can support the owned home. It is not the operating curriculum.

If your Stage 3 implementation includes ecommerce, digital delivery, customer records or a storefront, Shopify may be a useful platform. If you do not need those functions, Stage 4 still works without Shopify.

Use Scale With Shopify when the platform decision itself needs deeper implementation guidance. Keep the sequence clear: creator need → owned-home decision → implementation platform.

Optional affiliate implementation: if Shopify fits your actual Stage 3 needs, you can review the current Shopify offer. Affiliate disclosure: Jack Righteous may earn a commission if you begin Shopify through that link, at no additional cost to you. Shopify determines eligibility, pricing, currency and final terms.

What not to turn this into

Keep the cycle operational.

  • Do not restart brand identity work every 30 days; return to Stage 2 only when evidence shows the message is genuinely unclear.
  • Do not rebuild the storefront every cycle; return to the Brand Hub or CP3 when the owned home or business system itself is the bottleneck.
  • Do not add tools simply because they exist.
  • Do not judge the whole project from one metric or one release.
  • Do not create multiple competing calls to action when one clear action will do.
  • Do not confuse more activity with a stronger operating system.
Optional paid depth · outside Free Creator Labs

The 90-day cycle does not require paid training.

Stay free while Creator Labs and this operating cycle solve the problem. If the work exposes a deeper need, choose the smallest current option that fits.

Focused Stage 4 or road-specific depth

Use a focused resource when one capability or creator road is the repeated blocker. A broader package may not be necessary.

Creator Library — One-Time
