Suno Troubleshooting Hub: Find the Problem Before You Regenerate
Start with the symptom, not another prompt. If one part of the song is wrong, repair that layer. If the entire direction is wrong, go back to creation. If the platform itself is failing, stop changing the music and check support.
Keep what works. Identify the smallest thing that failed. Change only that.
What went wrong?
Suno ignored my prompt / wrong style
Simplify the musical brief before adding more words. Use one clear lane, vocal role, key instruments and the few traits that actually matter.
Fix prompt placement →One verse, chorus or line is wrong
Do not restart the keeper. Use Replace Section or Song Editor for the smallest useful region.
Fix one section →Vocals are muddy, buried or unclear
First decide whether the failure is global mix clarity, one bad phrase, vocal identity or arrangement density. Remaster is for global refinement; local problems belong in editing.

Define one lead singer, create lift with instruments and move unwanted group-vocal traits into Exclude.
Stop extra voices →My lyrics are rushed or do not fit
Shorten phrase density, improve line breaks and section structure before regenerating the same crowded lyric.
Fix lyric formatting →The song needs a pause or better transition
Prompt for musical space during creation; use Song Editor or Studio when exact timing, fades or boundaries matter.
Fix pauses & transitions →The voice is wrong
Separate singer identity from one bad performance. Decide whether you need Voices, a local edit, a new generation or your original vocal.
Fix the voice →My uploaded audio is blocked
Preserve the error and source. Separate file/technical issues from rights or matching safeguards before retrying.

A platform block is not automatically a legal ownership verdict. Preserve proof, identify what actually failed and use the correct specialist path.
Fix copyright / block warnings →The whole song sounds rough
If structure, lyrics and performance are already good, test Remaster. If only one region is wrong, edit locally instead.
Decide whether to Remaster →Extend changed the song too much
Extend from a clearer point and restate the role of the continuation. If the source section itself is weak, fix that before extending.

Replace Section

When to stop troubleshooting the song
If the problem is that Suno itself is unavailable, a feature will not load, your account behaves incorrectly, or the same technical error persists across clean tests, stop changing prompts. Suno identifies support@suno.com as its official product-support contact.
If the service is broken, another prompt will not fix it.
Credit-saving troubleshooting order
- Save the keeper.
- Name the exact audible or platform failure.
- Decide whether it is local or global.
- Use the narrowest available tool.
- Change one variable.
- Compare against the keeper.
- Stop when the problem is solved.

had a suno account for a long time now i have messaged numerous times that it no longer works for me generation just spins they dont refund credits or fix the issue they dont even reply they sure do take my money real quick though fyi this happens every time not just a random issue
