Visual Package & Release Copy

WHERE YOU ARE: The song, identity, metadata and credits are controlled. Build only the public-facing assets needed to present that same release clearly and consistently.

Import first

Reuse valid voice, copy and visual work before creating anything new.

Bring forward any current lyric sheet, Song Thesis, Artist Voice Foundation, Current Song Voice Addendum, Final Song Voice Package, Voice Handoff, creator bio, approved artwork/source asset or other presentation evidence that already applies to this exact release. Use Reuse → Validate → Add.

This node is a release-presentation decision, not a full rebrand. Reuse or lightly adapt a valid bio, lyric record or visual system when it already does the job. Create something new only when the release is missing a professional source asset.

YOU SHOULD ALREADY HAVE

  • Track Positioning & Identity Record.
  • Release Metadata & Credits Record.
  • Approved master and current rights/provenance packet.
  • Any valid MEAN IT / Voice PACKAGE / creator-brand assets that already describe the artist, song or project.

THE DECISION

What visual and written presentation best communicates this release without inventing a larger story than the work can support?

DO THE WORK

  1. Review existing assets first. Mark each relevant lyric, bio, copy or visual asset REUSE / ADAPT / REPLACE / NOT APPLICABLE.
  2. Create or approve one square cover-art master that fits the artist identity, survives thumbnail size and meets the current distributor requirements you will use later.
  3. For the approved artwork, save the source/provenance reference: who created it, source files or generation record where applicable, what imagery/references were used, and why you are authorized to use the result.
  4. Check for unresolved third-party imagery, recognizable-person/likeness, logo, trademark, brand or other rights issues. Do not assume generated imagery is automatically cleared merely because a tool produced it.
  5. Reuse or update a clean lyric sheet so it matches the exact current master. Include contributor/disclosure information only where useful or required; do not clutter the lyric itself with marketing copy.
  6. Reuse, adapt or write a short artist/project bio: who you are, what you make and the recurring creative point of view. Keep it reusable beyond this one song without forcing a broader identity rewrite.
  7. Reuse, adapt or write a short release description: what this specific song is about, sounds/feels like and why it belongs in the project now.
  8. Write or adapt a concise professional track note/pitch paragraph that can later be used for platform pitching, outreach or review without claiming guaranteed commercial potential.
  9. Save any immediately necessary supporting visual crop/source file, but do not generate a dozen platform assets before Phase 3 tells you which ones are actually required.
  10. Check that artist name, song title, credits and visual text—if any—match the Release Metadata & Credits Record exactly.
Package the release, not your imagination. This is not the moment to build a full label deck, press campaign or 40-piece social kit. Create the minimum professional source assets from which later platform-specific materials can be made.

REVALIDATE WHEN THE RELEASE CHANGES

If the artist/project identity, song title, credits, lyric content, final master or release objective changes materially after an asset was approved, revalidate only the affected visual/copy assets. The lyric sheet must always match the exact current recording.

If a visual asset references a superseded title, contributor, artist identity or no-longer-cleared source, it is not current simply because the file still looks good.

JR SUPPORT

AI Music Cover Art 2026 — visual promise, thumbnail test, rights and current distributor checks.

AI Music Branding 2026 — use when the bio or visual system does not yet connect to a durable identity.

AI Project Pitch Builder — optional later support when a broader project presentation is genuinely needed; it is not required to complete this release node.

SAVE THIS

Create the Visual & Copy Packet: approved cover-art master + editable/source file where available + artwork provenance/authorization reference, final lyric sheet, short artist/project bio, short release description, one professional track-note paragraph, and references to any upstream assets reused or adapted.

DO NOT ADVANCE IF

  • The cover or written copy uses a different artist/title identity from the metadata record.
  • The artwork contains an unresolved rights, source, likeness, logo, brand or trademark issue.
  • You cannot document where the approved artwork came from or why you are authorized to use it.
  • Your bio is only a description of the AI tool you use.
  • Your pitch language promises virality, label interest or commercial success you cannot support.
  • The lyric sheet does not match the final recording.
  • A reused asset belongs to a materially different version and has not been revalidated.

READY TO CONTINUE WHEN

The release can be shown, described and credited consistently without reopening the artist identity, recreating valid upstream work or inventing information at upload time.

NEXT

Put every approved asset and record into one professional handoff package.
